Introducing a NEW APP available in ProMax Mobile: the Salesperson Inventory Report!

The Salesperson Inventory Report in ProMax Unlimited is now fully accessible on ProMax Mobile as well.  Your sales staff can now view all available inventory, all from a mobile device!

Key features include:

• Links to pictures and video of vehicles

• You are now able to change the skin color for ProMax Mobile.  Blue (default) and Charcoal (below) color schemes are available. [Issue 131056]

• The current ProMax Mobile version is now displayed on the PMM Login page. [Issue 131876]
• If the logged on ProMax Mobile user doesn't have permission to view the Leader Board Reports (in ProMax), a warning will come up notifying the user they don't have permission to access the mobile version.

Version Update Highlights:

• A 'Send via Email' button has been added to the PMM Leaderboard screen to email the compiled report. [Issue 130970]

Misc. Changes Implemented:

• A 2nd Sales Rep field has been added to the EZUP screen. [Issue 130949]
• Name salutation and suffix has been added to the EZUP screen. [Issue 130951]
• Updated styling for "smart phones" on the login and main screens (and also better display in IE8) [Issue 130929]
• Updated the Leaderboard and Dealer Ranking Reports date picker to require a MM/DD/YYYY format. [Issue 131246]
• Updated the color scheme on the emailed version of the Leaderboard and Dealer Ranking Reports to better match ProMax Mobile. [Issue 131172]
• The 'Save' button on the EZUP screen has been changed to 'Save Customer'. [Issue 130962]
• For PCE dealer logins, the 'Department' field has been removed from the EZUP screen. [Issue 131096]
• For the limited Leaderboard "Salesperson View" (configurable with PMUL user access setting 'Access Manager Dashboard'), the 'Commissionable Gross' column will now show a total. [Issue 130817]
• On the Leaderboard, the current date has been removed from the "Greater than today" warning. [Issue 130806]
• The Zip Code field on EZUP will now only accept numbers. [Issue 130741]
• PMM settings added to PCE for restricting access to PMM and ignoring IP restrictions. [Issue 130599]
• PMM setting added to ProMax to restrict access to the Salesperson Leaderboard. [Issue 130450]

ProMax Mobile EZUP

• EZUP basic customer creation:
  • First, Middle, Last Names (First/Last are required fields)
  • Address, City, State, Zip, Email, Phone (selectable home/work/cell)
  • Ad Source, Lead Source
  • Showroom Visit Type
    • Visit type defaults to 'Fresh Walk-In'
    • Can change to blank to not auto create a showroom visit
  • Sales Rep (required field), Department
  • Can create a Customer Workscreen Note

• Access live data from ProMax!

• Initially designed for iPad use, but PMM also works well on other tablets and larger displays

• All modern web browsers are supported

• Configuration settings in ProMax are fully supported and utilized within PMM:
  • If the user cannot access it in ProMax, then they cannot access it in ProMax Mobile
  • Only one set of configurations to worry about

• There are only two new custom settings added in user admin:
  • 'Access PromaxMobile.com' 
  • Checked by default if "All Access" or "Can Access Dashboard"
  • 'Ignore IP Address restrictions'
  • Only affects the dealers with Computer Authorizations by IP

• BDC Settings in ProMax are fully respected:
  • 'Warn if Empty' choices for AdSource, LeadSource, Email
  • 'Require 2 Phones#'s on prospect entry'*
    • Will display warning if phone blank
    • Only one phone currently supported in PMM
  • 'Auto assign Department' 
    • Customer's department set to Employee's department if enabled
  • 'Showroom Visit Types' configurable choices
  • 'Show Commissionable Gross in Leaderboard'

• User Access settings in ProMax are fully respected:
  • 'Run Reports From All Dealers'   When this is not checked:
    • Dealer Ranking report is just for current dealership
  • 'Can Access Manager Dashboard'.  When this not checked:
    • cannot view the Dealer Ranking Report
    • cannot view the Forecast Settings
    • limited columns available on the Salesperson Leaderboard 

• As with many configuration settings in ProMax, changes in admin screens are only recognized in PMM when the user logs out of PMM and back in again

• Built to be small and fast, yet secure

• Additional security added as all traffic is required to be via high grade SSL

• Utilizes very redundant server back end
