We're always working to make ProMax better, and one area we're focusing on this year is Email Templates. Email marketing is still one of the most effective ways to generate sales, boost your service lane, and generally keep in touch with your owner base. We're always adding new email templates- this month we've added new Appointment Reminders, Birthday Greetings, and Lease Ending messages, each in a variety of designs and with ready-to-use variables for personalized content.

Go to Communications -> Download Templates, preview the templates, and Copy the ones you want. It's easy!

We've updated the look of the Mobile Workscreen in both the ProMax App and ProMax Mobile. 

 

Navigation and functionality are all the same; we just made everything a little cleaner and more intuitive.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Upcoming System Upgrades

On March 17^th  from midnight to noon (CDT) we will be implementing major system upgrades. Although we don’t anticipate it taking the full 12 hours, many ProMax services will be interrupted during this maintenance period.

On Sunday, March 17th from 12 A.M. to 12 P.M. these services will be impacted by the maintenance:

• ProMax Dealer Websites
• ProMax Mobile and the ProMax App
• Inventory Imports/Exports and hosted images
• Email, including Email Campaigns and Templates

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause your dealership. Tech Support and Dealer Support Specialists will be available Sunday from noon to 4 P.M. (CDT) to help you address any issues that may arise.

Driver's License Scanner in the ProMax App

The Driver's License Scan is now available in the ProMax App! Log an up anywhere on or off the lot with a quick and easy Driver's License scan. For dealers who currently utilize the DL Scan in ProMax Mobile, it will now work in your ProMax App. For dealers who are interested in signing up for mobile DL Scan, call your Dealer Support Specialist at 844-322-9034.

Changes & Fixes This Month

• We fixed an issue that was making it difficult to compose emails on many iPhone models. [Item 516639]
• We corrected an issue that was preventing users from inserting attachments from the Daily Workplan popup. [Item 517550]
