TransUnion is back online!

TransUnion is back online.  TransUnion Credit Reports, Red Flag Scores, and Instant Screen should now be available once again.  We have not yet received confirmation from their Network Operations Center of the reason for the downtime.  We'll work with them as needed to investigate the issue.

TransUnion downtime

Unfortunately, TransUnion is currently experiencing technical problems which is causing TransUnion Credit Reports, Red Flag Scores, and Instant Screen to be unavailable at this time.  We have been in contact with their Network Operations Center and they are aware of the issue and they are working to correct the problem.  They could not provide a timeframe for repair just yet.

We'll post another message when the problem is resolved.
