Store Traffic Report Filters
Each section of the Store Traffic Report (Showroom, Internet, and Phone) now has its own set of filters to enable counting leads in each section independently. For example, if a single customer has a showroom visit, an internet lead, and an incoming phone call in the date range, that customer will display as 1 lead in each individual traffic section. That same customer will then display as 3 leads, or as 1 lead on the Main Traffic page, depending on which filter is used.
New "Activity" Dropdown when Scheduling Appointments
We’ve added a new option when setting an appointment in the Schedule Activity popup. When the Action is set to "Appointment", a user will now have the option of choosing how the appointment was set: Phone Call, Text Message, or Email Message. These selections will be shown on the "Activity Captured Appointment" chart in the Store Traffic Report's Speed to Lead section.
Book-Specific Descriptions
In order to ensure accurate book values we've added an additional step to the bookout process for some vehicles with incomplete listings. If the vehicle information is incomplete for the particular book in question (NADA, KBB, or Black Book) you will now be prompted to enter additional information like Year, Make, Model, and Style or book-specific Equipment Details.
