Currently, some ProMax dealers have to whitelist our IP address in order to receive dealer email notifications from us (e.g. lead notifications, scheduled reports emails, etc.) Soon, we will be adding a second and third IP address. This may require action on your part.
Does this pertain to my dealership? If your dealership DOES need to whitelist our current IP address, this notice pertains to you. If your dealership DOES NOT currently whitelist our IP address, you can ignore this message.
What if I’m not sure? If you aren’t sure, please consult the appropriate IT staff or manager at your dealership who handles technical issues such as this.
What action is required? One simple update- if you are currently whitelisting our IP address, you will have to do the same for our new addresses. Here are our current and soon-to-be added IP addresses:
Current IP address: 192.158.25.66
New IP address: 192.158.25.65
New IP address: 198.178.114.66
NOTE for dealers using Office 365: If your email is hosted on Office 365, please follow the instructions posted here to ensure that ProMax email services are properly whitelisted.
Why the change? The additional IP addresses will increase our email sending capacity, ensuring that emails from us reach your dealership in a timely manner.
