Microsoft Outage

ProMax users, Microsoft is experiencing outage issues across the U.S. on Monday evening. This outage does not affect ProMax software or any of its ancillary features.

However, issues with Microsoft Outlook are having some effect on ProMax employees' ability to send and receive email (again, it is not affecting emails that you would send or receive out of ProMax). Microsoft is working on the problem and appears to have already mitigated the issue, but until they are fully up and running, please contact ProMax employees by phone. ProMax Changes & Fixes in This Version

• We added the ability to add incentives to deals on used vehicles by clicking the ‘Incentives’ button, just like you would on a new vehicle. Applicable rebates will also show on forms and proposals. [Item 183081]
• The Appointment Log will now display cell phone numbers when present and also denote (C), (H), or (W) for Cell, Home, or Work. next to the number which is displayed. [Item 622532]
