Changes Coming to NADA Book Values-
ACTION REQUIRED
ProMax Dealers,
In order to improve accuracy we have been updating inventory processes in ProMax over the last few months. Updates to NADA Book Values are underway and are being rolled out in phases.
What are these changes and when can I expect them?
All dealers have been activated for the first phase of changes. As a result, the styles of some vehicles in ProMax will no longer be an exact match with how NADA lists them. This requires action on your part before the second phase of changes, which is coming soon.
What action is required on my part?
In order to ensure all of your vehicle listings are exact matches with NADA, you will need to go to your Unbooked Inventory Report and look for vehicles with "Select NADA match" in their Description.
We've added a Filter to the Unbooked Inventory Report to make this process easier. Deselect "All" from the dropdown then click on "Select NADA Match" and click "Filter". This will display only the vehicles you need to address.

I see some vehicles with "Select NADA match"; now what do I do?
Opening any of these vehicle records triggers the "NADA Possible Match" popup containing a list of possible vehicle descriptions. From this popup you will be prompted to select the proper Style/Description and then "Save":
You will be presented with this popup any time you open an inventory record for a vehicle that is not an exact match, regardless of where you are opening it from.
What happens if I don't select these matches?
Once we begin phase two, vehicles you have NOT selected a match for will be at risk of not displaying any equipment or values.
I'm not sure I understand the process; do you have a video walk-through?
We do! This short video goes through everything step by step:
We appreciate your patience as we work to make Inventory processes and book values in ProMax as accurate as possible.
