Push Notifications for 'Text Received' and 'Salesperson Reassignment'

In our last post we added Push Notifications in the ProMax App for New Leads. This week we're adding two more push notifications: Text Received and Salesperson Reassignments.

Once enabled, these push notifications can be sent to any tablet or mobile device that uses the ProMax App. The push notifications will now launch the ProMax App from your device.

To get these new push notifications set up, go to Admin -> User Access and click on the 'Cell Phone #' hyperlink for the desired user. Under Sales Rep Changes and Inbound Text Messages you will see an option to "Send Push notification message to ProMax App".

New ProMax Email Option

We added a new option in ProMax Email to save settings for notifications on emails going forward.

When you navigate to Email from the Customer Workscreen you will see a new dropdown in the header bar giving you the option of "Do Not Send Notification" or "Notify Via ProMax" (along with the checkboxes for "Notify via SMS" and "Request Read Receipt".)

Whichever settings you select will become the default on all sent emails going forward.

We're now able to set up custom store hours in the ProMax BDC After Hours config.
