Push Notifications for New Leads
Push Notifications are now available in the ProMax App for new lead notifications. Once enabled, these push notifications can be sent to any tablet or mobile device that uses the ProMax App. The push notifications will now launch the ProMax App from your device.
Setting them up is easy! In Admin -> Lead Delivery under the Lead Assignments tab there is a column titled "Notify Via ProMax App". You can also enable it in the Additional Notifications tab under the "Send Via ProMax App (Push Notification)" column. You can select the users that would like to receive Push Notifications. The only requirement is that they log into the ProMax App before turning this setting on.
You'll also notice a new notification 'bell' icon on the top of the ProMax App and on ProMax Mobile in the browser. This is your Notification Log; in here you can see all of your notifications or sort them in various categories.
Currently, push notifications are available for new lead notifications, but soon we'll have them for Incoming Texts, Salesperson Reassignments, Email Response Received, and more! Keep an eye on the blog as we continue to add new push notifications.
