Communications Center Change Log
We added a report to the Communications Center that tracks all changes made. It logs the User, Date, and Time anytime someone creates, edits, deletes, or copies email or letter templates:
New Christmas Email Templates in ProMax
We're always working to make ProMax better, and one area we've been focusing on this year is Email Templates. Email marketing is still one of the most effective ways to generate sales, boost your service lane, and generally keep in touch with your owner base.
We're always adding new email templates- this month we've added new Christmas templates in multiple designs and with ready-to-use variables for personalized content:
Go to Communications -> Download Templates, preview the templates, and Copy the ones you want. It's easy!

Changes & Fixes in This Version
- We've updated the Daily Workplan so that a user's last selections (for 'Show All', 'Show Complete', and 'Show Incomplete' as well as 'Other', 'Calls', 'Letters', 'Emails', and 'Texts') will now be saved as defaults when the user navigates away.
- We updated the BDC Productivity Report to include outgoing calls made to Co-Applicants. [Item 574286]
- We added a State Option for Illinois to "Apply Tax Credits to 1st $ [ ] of Trade Allowance" to address a new law taking effect in 2020. [Item 552175]
