ProMax Version Release 2019.8.28.1 - August 29, 2019

Changes & Fixes in This Version

• We fixed an issue where exporting to Excel was sending the data to Sheet 2 instead of Sheet 1 [item 555971]
• We fixed an issue with Service Contract Tax on Kentucky forms [item 555686]
• We fixed an issue where some duplicate leads were creating an additional copy [item 550031]

Updated Dealer Login Box Coming August 27th

The Dealer Login box is being updated on Tuesday morning, August 27th. When it updates, depending on the version of Windows you use, you'll likely see one of these two popups:

Regardless of which you see, click "Install". You will then see a prompt asking "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" Please click "Yes" to complete the update.

If the ProMax Login Utility fails to load into Internet Explorer, you may need to add to Trusted Sites. If this is the case, please go to our FAQ and follow the instructions for Question #2.

Lead Delivery Change Log

• We added a Lead Delivery Change Log accessible via a hyperlink at the bottom left of the Lead Delivery screen. This log tracks any edits and changes made to Lead Delivery settings. After selecting a Lead Source, click the hyperlink to see a date- and time-stamped list of notes of all changes and the users who made them.

Manheim

• We corrected an issue that was preventing our Manheim integration from working properly. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Customer Suggestion Portal Items

• Based on customer suggestions we added an alert when a user scans an expired Driver's License: "Can we get a quick alert from the system when scanning an ID that is expired? When we are going fast, it is an easy one to miss that causes a huge headache down the road if we missed it."
• Based on a customer suggestion we now send a notification to a sales rep as well as the manager when a customer replies to a manager's text message: "When a manager send texts messages to leads, replies are notified to the manager that sent the text only. Please have all text replies notified to assigned salesperson as well."

Other Changes & Fixes in This Version

• We added a hyperlink to the Customer Workscreen in lead notification text messages. [Item 529634]
• We added logic to correctly reassign scheduled followup if the Salesperson or BDR is changed on a lead. [Item 550890]
• There is now a "Start New Deal" option in the Stock # dropdown on F&I screens that enables the user to create multiple deals without leaving the current deal screen. [Item 545754]
• We added a toggle option for "Show MSRP/Used Vehicle Retail Price" on most individual proposals so they can be turned on and off when putting together a specific proposal (i.e. on vehicles where the MSRP is not significantly lower than the sale price) without having to do so in the settings. [Item 534833]
• We added a dropdown to enable desking on Internet Price. [Item 35093]
• We now include Owner Base on the list of selectable logs on the Prospect Activity Report Builder. [Item 544320]
• We added "Paid Off Date", "Safety Check Date", and "Registration Date" as variables to the Inventory Report Builder. [Item 511868]
• Front End Profit on Saved Deals is now colored in red when the total vehicle cost has changed. [Item 321227]
• We added several new note types to enhance OEM integrations with additional reporting. [Item 539263]
• We enhanced our certified lead integration with Mazda to include additional vehicle information. [Item 549072]
• We updated OEM disposition reporting to include activities for co-applicants such as outbound calls. [Item 549000]
• We added a number of new Forms Variables including multiple variations on CompanyCityStateZIP, CompanyFullAddress, and JobAddressCityStateZIP. [Items 549052 & 550168]
• We added a configurable option to include Lease Deals in Trade Alerts. [Item 538472]
