New Quick Tool: Recent Customers
Based on a Customer Suggestion we added a handy new item to the Quick Tools section: a Recent Customers icon. Clicking this icon will give you a dropdown of the 10 most recent customers you've viewed, regardless of what context you viewed them in (e.g. in a Deal, on their Customer Workscreen, etc.)
More Customer Suggestion Portal Items
- "While desking deals, we often need to glance at customer info, such as physical address and email addresses, in order to check a available incentives in manufacturer's portal. I've been desking for almost twelve years and have always found myself bouncing from deal screen, to workscreen, and back to deal screen. It would help us be more efficient while working six to eight deals at a time."
We added a new option to "Launch Mobile Workscreen" when clicking on the Applicant hyperlink on any Desking screen. - "It would be nice to add the "Vehicle Color" and "Mileage" to the Used Vehicle Web Report. If we have more than one of the same year/make/model it would make desking more efficient timewise"
Column space is very limited, so we added a popup display with Color and Mileage when you mouse over the Stock # on the Used & New Vehicle Web Report.
