ProMax Version Release 2019.2.27.1 - February 28, 2019

ProMax App Driver's License Scan

The Driver's License Scan is now available in the ProMax App! Log an up anywhere on or off the lot with a quick and easy Driver's License scan. For dealers who currently utilize the DL Scan in ProMax Mobile, it will now work in your ProMax App. For dealers who are interested in signing up for mobile DL Scan, call your Dealer Support Specialist at 844-322-9034.

Have you downloaded the ProMax App yet? It's a native app available for free in the App Store and the Google Play Store and it gives your sales team everything they need to do their jobs from any smartphone or tablet.

We recently surpassed 1,000 downloads! Make sure your team has the ProMax App on their phones and tablets.

 

Changes & Fixes in This Version

• We enhanced ProMax's ability to identify and parse trade information on leads provided by 3rd party vendors. [Item 221428]
• We made a number of improvements to the Service Dashboard including making the Payment column a hyperlink to the deal, making the Est Cost column a hyperlink to the Service Appointment Detail popup, and displaying a count of Appointments. [Items 308775, 308780, 308784, & 308785]
• We added Export options to the Desk Log. [Item 520982]
• We updated the Daily Workplan Management Report and drilldown to sort on column headers and added a Hide Duplicates checkbox. [Items 519256 & 519567]
• We fixed an issue with the Dealership variable on the Sold Vehicle Profit Report. [Item 519002]
• We corrected a bug that was preventing delivered vehicles from showing in the Purchased Vehicle tab on the Customer Workscreen. [Item 519836]
• We updated the Dashboard->Appointments and Prospects->Appointments to retain selected dates when navigating to a customer and returning via the 'Back' button. [Item 518251]
• We fixed a bug with the "Make Primary" hyperlink on the Merge Prospects screen that was preventing the correct information from merging. [Item 518262]

Changes & Fixes in This Version

• We fixed an issue that was making it difficult to compose emails on many iPhone models. [Item 516639]
• We corrected an issue that was preventing users from inserting attachments from the Daily Workplan popup. [Item 517550]

 

Customer Suggestion Portal Items

• "I should be able to look up a saved deal by the deal #, not having to search by name and go thru deals."- We added the ability to recall by Deal Number.
• "Customer email shown in recall on Mobile - This is something we recently got on ProMax Unlimited. But it doesn't show in Mobile." - We added this in ProMax Mobile and the ProMax App.

 

Other Changes & Fixes in This Version

• Trade information collected on Credit App leads from ProMax Websites will now populate the appropriate fields in ProMax. [Item 516401]
• We optimized the BDC Productivity Report to increase compiling speed. [Item 517726]
• In out last post we added the ability to select a dealership in the Schedule Activity tab of the Outbound Call Note Editor. In this post we fixed a bug that was sometimes populating with the incorrect dealership's variables. [Item 516815]
• We fixed a bug that was causing "Black Book Retail Plus" options to display incorrectly. [Item 515678]
• We fixed an error that occurred when clicking 'Recall' in Owner Base. [Item 515504]
• We added a default County and City Rate pop up for State Options in Alabama. [Item 514218]
• We updated the Dashboard Desk Log and Internet Dashboard Detail so that clicking into a customer and then 'Back' to the report won't cause it to recompile. [Item 516790]
• We updated the BDC & Sales Management Report to ensure total store results are accurate. [Item 514878]
• We fixed an issue that was preventing the back of a Driver's License scan from saving on an existing customer. [Item 515283]
• We fixed an error that was occurring when adding or editing a personal note from the Daily Workplan when "Completed Call" is selected. [Item 517408]

We've had some big releases over the last few months including the ProMax App; this Spotlight highlights some smaller additions that may have gone under your radar but can help your dealership. Watch this month's video and learn about:

• Unwound Deals Report— this report tracks and documents all details surrounding unwound deals
• Desired Vehicle Stock # hyperlink— access the Salesperson Inventory Report to browse and select a vehicle to populate fields within Desired Vehicle screen
• Trade Deletion— all deleted trades are now documented in the note section of the Customer Workscreen
• Appointment Log— Sales Reps can now document confirmed appointments (previously, only BDRs and Managers had this ability)
