ProMax Mobile Has a New Look!
New year, new ProMax Mobile!
We've updated the look of ProMax Mobile and made improvements to the top navigation and the user experience on many of the screens:
In just a few weeks at NADA we're going to be unveiling the new ProMax App!
The ProMax App has all the features of ProMax Mobile plus a VIN Scan and Driver's License Scan, all in a native app.
The look and navigation of the ProMax App is very similar to the redesigned ProMax Mobile, so check out ProMax Mobile for a preview, and we hope to see you at NADA at Booth #1421S!
Customer Suggestion Portal Items
We're always working to make ProMax better! We recently introduced a great new way for YOU to help us- it's called the Customer Suggestion Portal. You can get there from within ProMax:
Here's some popular suggestions from YOU that we implemented this week:
- Unwound Report- Unwinding a DELIVERED deal should not happen except in rare cases. Management should be able to run a report of deals which have been unwound within a time frame and who unwound them.
- Add export to needed vehicle report- add export function to needed vehicle report.
- A one time red flag / not available/ pop-up overide for admin/managers- once an admin/manager overrides a red flag or an email not available lead source not available stop making it pop up every single time you go back into that deal and stop asking me if I want to save the changes to a deal when no changes have been made.
- A Button To Reassign A Salesman's Customers Without Deleting The Salesman- We often promote from within. It would be great if when we do this we could reassign the salesman's customers without having to do a filter/sort that you can only do 50 customers at a time or having to delete your employee altogether. We need a button that will reassign all customers in the background just like when you delete the employee.
Other Changes & Fixes in This Version
- We're disabling all auto-compiling reports within ProMax. All reports now require a 'Compile' click. [498804]
- Scanning a customer's Driver's License will now prompt an option to edit an existing visit for that day (if one exists) before creating a new one. [Item 500329]
- We created a new System Note type for Driver's License Scans. [Item 498616]
- We updated the Driver's License scan display popup to include the date and time of the scan. [Item 497351]
- We added several new Forms variables for previous addresses. [Item 497985]
- We added logic to 'unblock' a customer's Do Not Call phone number and display it on the Customer Workscreen if they register a Showroom Visit. [Item 474336]
- We added "Domestic Partner" to the Relationship dropdown list. [Item 501931]
- We added a variable for "# Texts Sent" to the Salesman Tracking Report. [Item 498400]
- We updated the Incentive Optimizer to allow superficially incompatible incentives to be selected if the amounts are zero. [Item 500601]
- We updated duplicate lead handling to go off of the overriding Lead Source (if there is one) rather than the original Lead Source. [Item 471865]
- We fixed a bug that was preventing the Showroom Visit date from displaying on Desking screens in some cases. [Item 355108]
- We fixed a bug that was preventing users from saving from the Purchased Vehicle tab of the Outbound Call Editor. [Item 498434]
- We corrected an issue on the Lead Management & Results Report that was preventing accurate Sales Rep information from displaying when there were duplicates on the list. [Item 500767]
