ProMax Email Has a Brand New Look
If you came by our booth at NADA (or read the blog) you know we just rolled out the ProMax App as a native app available in the Google Play Store and the App Store.
In conjunction with the ProMax App, we're doing a complete redesign of ProMax Mobile. This week we're releasing the newly updated email screens.

Other Changes & Fixes in This Version
- We added user-specific Auto-Compile options to several main reports: Manager Dashboard -> Desk Log, Manager Dashboard -> Leader Board, Internet Dashboard -> Leads, Dashboard -> Appointments, and Prospects -> Appointment Log will each have the following options: No Auto Compile, Today, Last 7 Days, Week to Date, Month to Date. - We added drilldown results to the Daily Workplan Management Report. [Item 432672]
- We've added an "ACV" field to the New Inventory screen which is compatible with Inventory Imports from all DMSs. [Item 412632]
- We updated the Lead Management Report -> All Leads to hold its sort after navigating to a specific customer and then returning to the report with the "Back" button. [Item 512804]
- ProMax will now create an Inventory Note when a user changes a used car's Paid Off Date, Safety Check Date, or Registration Date. [Item 513257]
- ProMax will now create a Printed Note when a user prints a Bookout Sheet, Buyer's Guide, or Window Sticker on a used vehicle. [Item 512883]
- We added many new Forms variables involving Employer addresses for both Buyer and Co-Buyer. [Item 513681]
- We added the ability to select a dealership in the Schedule Activity tab of the Outbound Call Note Editor. [Item 513198]
- We added the ability to select multiple locations to send a CAC app in the Submittal Config. [Item 513549]
- We added a new Forms variable for Michigan Sales Tax Credit. [Item 512173]
- We updated the Hide Duplicates function on the BDC & Sales Management Report to ensure that all leads are being correctly displayed with the appropriate dates. [Item 515883]
Customer Suggestion Portal Items
- "Bring up the inventory search list when you select the Desired Vehicle link in the customer screen" -"So you don't have to leave the customer screen to find the stock number, then go back into the customer screen with it."
Users can now search for a vehicle while using the Desired Vehicle pop up. - "Get to saved deals from a Desking screen" - "It would be nice to be able to go directly to saved deals from Desking rather than have to go back to customer screen and then to saved deals." Saved clicks from Desking to Saved Deals.
- "Allow the rep to put a personal note (green note) from the workplan work box rather than having to go into the whole customer workscreen" - "It would make working the workplan more efficient and save time from having to go into the customers profiles privately" This now functions like the personal note section on the Customer Workscreen.
- "It would be useful to be able to print a Guest Information Sheet for the Co-Applicant." - "For our purposes, we would find it useful to be able to print a Guest Information Sheet for the Co-Applicant in addition to, or instead of, the Applicant. This happens for a variety of reasons... but it seems this functionality would be fairly simply implemented." You can now print a Guest Info Sheet for the Co-Applicant.
