Training Spotlight of the Month:
New Features in ProMax
Each month we post a new video highlighting new features in ProMax or reviewing things you may not be using to their fullest potential.
This month, rather than focusing on one big item, the spotlight is on lots of small but consequential changes we've added recently. Watch this month's video and learn where to find these features and how to use them:
- Refresh button on Daily Workplan
- Auto-assign customer status and lead source on all fresh walk-ins
- Hide customer last name and update appointment status on VIP Appt Log
- Lead notifications via text and email for BDRs and Service BDRs (previously available only for Sales Reps)
- Update existing ad source (previously available only for lead source); added contingencies for updating lead/ad source (30, 60, 90 days with no activity on customer record)
- Update existing desired vehicle
- Send auto-responders for dupe leads
- Delete users from system still attached to Lead Delivery options (previously unable to do so until users were removed from Lead Delivery notifications)
