Enhanced Lead Delivery Options
We're happy to announce several enhancements to ProMax Lead Delivery Options!
- BDR Lead Notifications - Lead Delivery configuration now allow text and email notifications to BDRs [Issue 160999]
- Service BDR Lead Assignments - You can now assign Service BDR in Lead Delivery Options [Issue 158103]
- Service BDR Lead Notifications - Lead Delivery configuration now allow text and email notifications to Service BDRs [Issue 158103]
- Salesperson "Logged In" Lead Assignments - You can now 'Rotate leads across logged in sales reps' in Lead Delivery configuration [Issue 387755]

Customer Suggestion Portal Featured Items
We're always working to make ProMax better! A few months back we introduced a great new way for YOU to help us- it's called the Customer Suggestion Portal. You can get there from within ProMax:
Any ProMax user can visit and make suggestions for new features and upvote other users' ideas as well. Got a great idea? Add it! Got a pet peeve that other users have too? Upvote it! Encourage your co-workers to vote, too! We value your opinion, and the Customer Suggestion Portal is a fast and easy way for you to give us feedback. We're updating ProMax with popular suggestions from the Portal all the time.
Here are some items from the Portal we added in this update:
- Customer's Email now Shows on Outbound Call Note Editor - You can now see if you've collected a customer's email address in the top right of the Outbound Call Note Editor [Item 478991]
- Customer ID column added to Owner Base report - Users can click the ID hyper link and copy the customer's ID to the clipboard. [Item 479649]
- Changed "Salesperson" to "Appointment Set By" on VIP Appointment Log - We titled the column "Appointment With". [Issue 479646]
Other Changes & Fixes in This Version
- We added "Original" and "Limit" amount types for trade lines for bureaus displayed using CredCo-Standard format. [Item 415505]
- We corrected GAP on the Total Finance Breakdown Report [Item 477869]
- We corrected an issue to stop customers with a company address from showing up twice in the F&I Log [Issue 478955]
- We changed automatic follow-up to now delete when unwinding a delivered deal [Issue 477753]
- We will now notify the user if they are attempting to send more bulk emails than your dealership is signed up for [Issue 292360]
