Customer Suggestion Portal Featured Items
We're always working to make ProMax better! A few months back we introduced a great new way for YOU to help us- it's called the Customer Suggestion Portal. You can get there from within ProMax:
Any ProMax user can visit and make suggestions for new features and upvote other users' ideas as well. Got a great idea? Add it! Got a pet peeve that other users have too? Upvote it! Encourage your co-workers to vote, too! We value your opinion, and the Customer Suggestion Portal is a fast and easy way for you to give us feedback. We're updating ProMax with popular suggestions from the Portal all the time.
Here are some items from the Portal we added in this update:
- Customer Emails Show in Recall List- You can now see the email field in the results when recalling customers. [Item 478222]
- Refresh Button on Customer Workscreen- No more need to click away from screen and back to update text/email conversations. One of our most voted-upon suggestions so far! [Item 361703]
- Inventory quick search Ctrl-Enter- This Prospects search shortcut is now available in Inventory as well. [Item 478207]
- DL Scan should set County- Now when you scan a Driver's License, the county should be set for the customer based on ZIP (if configured in dealer's system). [Item 476353]
- Ability to Save Filter/Sort with 30-60-90 or 180 days from Current Date- These new dynamic filters are now available. [Item 338729]
- Do Not Contact Status or Log that automatically unsubscribes customer from every followup method- Marking someone "Do Not Sell" will now prompt option to unsubscribe from letters, texts, and emails. If "Yes" is selected, it will unsubscribe the customer from all three and add a system note. [Item 478359]
- Based on another suggestion in the Portal we added new options in Lead Delivery -> Dupe Lead Handling to "Overwrite the existing Lead Source" and "Overwrite the existing Ad Source" on a customer based on when the last activity on the customer was, with options for 30+, 60+, 90+ days, or always. Other Changes & Fixes in This Version
- We added a new "Lead Date" option to the Lead Mgmt & Results Report on the Manager Dashboard and the BDC Sales Management Report. [Item 470819]
- We updated the Multi Option Proposal to honor starting Cash Down settings on retail payments. [Item 476090]
- We re-labelled the "BDC Contact" column on the Salesperson Activity Report to "User Notes" to make it more intuitive. [Item 450453]
- We updated the Service Dashboard so it no longer loses a sort order after an individual customer is viewed. [Item 466332]
