We had another great showing in 2018 at the Auto Dealer Today Dealer’s Choice Awards, taking home Diamond Awards in F&I Desking and Direct Mail and the Platinum Award in the CRM category, and we couldn’t have done it without you!

This marks our 8^th year in a row earning top honors in F&I Desking and our 5^th year in a row for Direct Mail. In the CRM category this is the 6^th time in the last 7 years we have placed in one of the top two spots!

Changes & Fixes In This Version

• We updated the SMS Snippets to display in alphabetical order rather than the order they were created. [Item 327888]
  
  
• We increased the size of the lender dropdown on Desking screens so the full lender names could be seen. [Item 248918]
  
  
• We now add Vehicle Notes when the "Original MSRP" and "Similar Invoice" fields are changed on an Inventory record. [Item 149027]
  
  
• We updated the Internet Dashboard to separate rows with no contact time from rows with a contact time of 0 when sorting by Contact Time. [Item 460713]
  
  
• We fixed a bug that was preventing the "Total" line from displaying on the Alt Choice Proposal when generated from the Deal Worksheet and the Buy Lease Worksheet. [Item 464569]
  
  
• We increased the size of the Phone Script 'Edit Script' and 'Edit Section' forms. [Item 370616]
  
  
• We fixed an issue that prevented merging an Applicant into a Co-Applicant when another Co-Applicant is present. [Item 461016]
  
  
• Custom Forms are now able to incorporate mileage and color from Desired Vehicles. [Item 166852]
  
  
• We updated the Heat Sheet so that contacting customers by text will now correctly affect the "Inc Leads w/ No Contact" count. [Item 432388]
  
  
• For Texas dealers, we added a warning if Gap Insurance exceeds 5% of Total Amount Financed. [Item 462542]
  
  
• We updated the Ford Credit Application to the newest version. [Item 372436]
  
  
• We added a "Restore Default Search Options" button to the GM DTAP Incentive Eligibility screen. The screen now also displays Year, Make, Model, and Style. [Items 410461 & 410464]
  
  
• We fixed a bug with the Sold Vehicle Profit Report that was preventing trade information from displaying on spotted deals. [Item 459893]
  
  
• We corrected an issue with the "Send Deal" button not working properly in some instances. [Item 450895]
  
  
• We fixed a bug that was preventing Lienholder from displaying on Guest Information/4 Square Sheets. [Item 434725]
  
  
• We corrected an issue that was preventing users from printing the Incident Report Summary. [Item 362154]
  
  
• We fixed a bug that was omitting gross from Build a Lease deals from the Total Gross on the Leaderboard. [Item 456721]

This month the spotlight is on Tracking Showroom Traffic. Watch this month's video and learn about three features on the Manager's Dashboard that you can use to monitor and engage some of your best prospects.

  

• Manager T/O—note manager, date, and time of manager turnovers and then track via the Showroom Traffic Report
• No Sale—trigger a phone call to unsold prospects for hours or minutes after the showroom visit (configure under Admin => BDC Settings => Schedule a call on “No Sale”)
• Manager’s Exit Note—close out unsold showroom traffic properly and identify possible weaknesses in your sales process by monitoring the Unsold Prospects: Summary Report
