New Filtering Options for Customer Workscreen Notes
We've added a new dropdown menu to the Customer Notes section of the Customer Workscreen that enables you to filter and select specific types of notes in the display.
You can "Hide System Notes" as you could previously, but now you can also choose to see only notes from certain categories: Compliance, Emails, Phone Calls, or Texts.

- We added "Score" and "Pull Date" columns for each of the three credit bureaus on the Prospect Activity Report. [Item 396827]
- Instant Screens will now run automatically when opening the Instant Screen form if there is no prior Instant Screen on the customer and all the required information is present. [Item 406219]

- We updated the CDK outbound customer sending so that customers without valid email addresses will now be sent to CDK with email value of N/A, to allow for dealerships that require email on customers. [Item 386388]
- In navigation menus we changed the "Submit Credit App" verbiage to "Review & Submit". [Item 406225]
