We recently debuted a great new page on our website entitled Resources. 

The Resources page is a central location for articles and white papers that we think dealers like you will find useful. Topics range from nuts & bolts articles like CRM and BDC best practices to more general subjects pertinent to the car business like leadership and keeping employees motivated. We're going to be updating it on a regular basis, so keep an eye on our social feeds for new content.

Changes & Fixes in this Version

• We fixed a few minor issues with the Multi Option Proposal.  [Items 395510 & 395515]
• Unselecting "Joint" on a Desking screen will now the "Apps Switched" designation as well.  [Item 391396]
• You are now able to change the Residual percentage on the Lease F&I screen.  [Item 370761]
• When adding a co-applicant and selecting "Joint" on the Customer Workscreen or Credit App, the "Cell Phone" field no longer copies over.  [Item 395273]

The Auto Dealer Today 2017 Dealers' Choice Awards were announced, and thanks to dealers like you casting your votes, we took home three 1st place awards again this year!

Last year we became the first company in the 13 year history of the DCAs to take home three Diamond Awards in one year, and this year we made it a repeat!

We won the (first place) Diamond Award for Desking for the 7th year in a row! We also received top honors in the CRM category for the 2nd consecutive time, and we grabbed the number one spot in the Direct Mail category for the 4th year in a row!

ProMax Version Release 2017.7.12.1 - July 13, 2017

Advanced Vehicle Comment Manager

We've added a great new feature that makes it faster and easier than ever to add comments to vehicles in your inventory: the Advanced Vehicle Comment Manager.

Available both from any individual Inventory record (by clicking on the "Internet Price" hyperlink) and from the Vehicle Web Report (in the "Web Comment" column hyperlinks), you can use this editor to select from dozens of pre-written comments on a variety of feature sets:

Check the boxes of whichever categories you would like to add a comment for, and use the blue 'left-right arrows' next to each category to alter the phrasing of the comment.

The blank fields below the category list enable you to save up to 10 of your own vehicle comments that can be added to vehicles with a click.

 

Other Changes & Fixes

• You now have the ability to set customized Lead and Ad Sources based on the content of the lead (e.g. Stock #, or Make) on most imported leads. For more information about this feature or to get set up, call your Dealer Support Specialist at 844-322-9034.  [Item 393336]
• In our last post we added Open Tracking for outbound emails to customers. Now we've added a link to the customer's Mobile Workscreen on the (optional) notification popup.  [Item 392531]
• You now have the ability to automatically append a CAN-SPAM-compliant footer to all outgoing email messages to customers. For more information or to get this set up, contact your Dealer Support Specialist at 844-322-9034.
• We updated the Inventory Report Builder to give users the ability to view and select from the locations of all sister stores.  [Item 343906]
• We added a new option to "Show MSRP for New Vehicles Only" on the EBrochure.  [Item 88707]

 

 

 

 

Great News For ProMax GM Dealers!

ProMax's award-winning CRM has been designated by GM as a “Premium CRM” and approved for participation in the iMR Turnkey program.

Now ProMax GM dealers qualify for iMR Turnkey funds that can be used towards the cost of the CRM. 

This designation coincides with ProMax’s participation in the GM DTAP program.

'Open Tracking'

for Outbound Emails to Customers

We've added a great new feature to ProMax and ProMax Mobile: Open Tracking on emails sent to customers.

Similar to Open Tracking in Email Campaigns, this enables you to see which customers have opened emails and when. You can find this information in a number of ways: on the Email History Report, in time-stamped notes on the Customer Workscreen, and via optional popup notifications within ProMax. 

There's no User Access setting or dealer configuration changes to enable Open Tracking on emails sent to customers; this is active for all users starting today!

In addition to automatic Open Tracking, when you compose a new email for a specific customer, there is a new dropdown with the option to "Notify Via ProMax". If you select it, you'll get a popup in ProMax letting you know when a customer has opened the particular email message.

 

Changes & Fixes in This Version

• You now have the ability to Filter/Sort for Instant Screen score, which is located next to CB score in the options.  [Item 389296]
  
  
• We added "(User Modified)" to notes on letters that have been altered by the user sending the letter.  [Item 387260]
  
  
• We added an "Option Package Discount" link button on the Buy Lease Worksheet, Deal Worksheet, and Lease F and I screens.  [Item 385449]
  
  
• We created a new Admin User Access setting for "Can Edit Delivered Deal".  [Item 26877]
  
  
• We added new Forms variables for "Supplier Price" and "Employee Price".  [Item 379064]
  
  
• We added a new option to add rebates and send the information to your ProMax Dealer Website. Under Rebates -> Add/Edit Additional Rebates you can click on any vehicle and get an "Edit Rebate" popup where you can enter an amount and then click the "Send to Web" checkbox.  [Item 116957]
  
  
• We fixed a bug that could stop the delivery of a vehicle if performing a Recall Check had failed.  [Item 373807]
  
  
• We fixed a bug that preventing some VINs for 2017 Honda CR-Vs from being correctly identified.  [Item 389466]
