In our continuing improvement of email delivery, a recent change now means that all email received by a user in a dealer group will only be delivered to a single ProMax location, rather than being delivered to multiple locations. All incoming email will appear in the ProMax ID having the lowest number. The functionality of inserting the received email inside the relevant customer record will not change.
