Vehicle Recall Update

Have you seen our new Vehicle Recall feature yet? It's an easy-to-use solution for accessing open recall info on vehicles in your ProMax system.

You can use it to better evaluate trades, book in inventory, or funnel customers to your service lane. Our comprehensive OEM database gives you and your customer valuable information on any open recalls a vehicle has:

It's easy to use and fully integrated into ProMax. Now we've updated it with a manager override when selling or spotting a vehicle with "Can Not Sell" recalls.

 

Other Changes & Fixes

• We fixed a bug that was sometimes preventing stocked in trades from being removed from a customer upon delivery.  [Items 259101 & 338690]
• We added a popup to notify the user if a vehicle is spotted to more than one customer.  [Item 351629]
• We corrected a bug preventing the standard equipment from being pre-selected on units that were fully defined on import from a 3rd party.  [Item 362392]
• We improved the CDK inventory imports by including the ability to filter out units flagged as Wholesale. If a dealership is interested in activating this filter they should contact the Integrations Department at [email protected] or by calling 800-322-9034 x206.  [Item 346512]
• We updated the CDK inbound deal processing to ensure Customer Cash Down is reported accurately.  [Item 222764]
• We corrected a bug that was preventing the CDK deal number from saving on Cash, Wholesale and Subprime deals sent to CDK and delivered in ProMax.  [Item 362822]
• We improved the DT DMS deal export to more accurately send trade data as long as a VIN is present.  [Item 353605]
• We updated the DT DMS deal export to utilize the Up Front and Capitalized Trade fields in the DMS based on the deal settings in ProMax.  [Item 363405]
• We corrected a bug that prevented the DT DMS deal number from saving to the F&I Workscreen after delivering a deal in ProMax while sending the deal data.  [Item 353219]
• We corrected a bug that was preventing the imported data of Year, Make, Model, and Style from displaying on inventory reports for units that were not fully defined on import from a 3rd party.  [Item 362294]
• We corrected a bug that was including a Purchase Option Fee on all lease deals for the Autosoft deal export.  [Item 361116]

 

 

ProMax Version Release 2017.3.7.1 - March 8, 2017

New "Edit Customer" Tab

on the Outbound Call Screen

We made a great addition to the Outbound Call Note Editor screen that will save you clicks and streamline workflow: we added an "Edit Customer" tab.

Now you can edit customer data and reassign the Sales Rep or BDR, all without having to exit the screen or navigate to the Customer Workscreen.

• We made a number of improvements to the Lead Sheet, including printing out all Showroom Visits whether they have notes or not and printing the time as well as the date.  [Items 362535, 362715, & 362717]

• We updated the Credit Application screen to display all 3 Credit Bureau scores instead of just one. [Item 353955]
• When ProMax CRM with Inventory users deliver a vehicle, the Desired Vehicle information will now automatically populate.  [Item 359805]
• We fixed a bug that was preventing the Autocheck Express from running. [Item 360525]
• We updated the Price Drop Alert so that if a vehicle getting the updated price is spotted, the email will not be sent.  [Item 342437]
• We added an option for CUDL submissions to bypass the addition of Driver's License. [Item 359691]
