FTC Changes to Buyer's Guide
The Federal Trade Commission has amended the rules for Buyer's Guides with several changes. ProMax is completing programming changes now to ensure that the Buyer's Guide, available in the Inventory Edit screen, is compliant. This Buyer's Guide is designed to be printed on pre-printed forms provided by your forms company. Please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to purchase a custom form. Forms are programmed on a first come, first served basis with a standard delivery time of 15 business days after order confirmation.

- We updated the Help link in ProMax to open in a new browser window to make accessing training videos easier. [Item 316033]
- Dealers active on the CDK and DT DMS deal export will now be able to deselect/remove 3rd party identification information for any Dealer Incentives and/or We Owe items on the Total Profit window. [Item 337425]
- We updated the F&I Menu so that edited prices will be saved when packages are selected. [Item 337689]
- We corrected an issue with the BDC & Sales Management Report that could occasionally misrepresent New/Used totals if the same customer had purchased a new and a used vehicle within the time frame of the report. [Item 333092]
- We added filter check boxes to the Inventory Master Equipment list enabling the user to limit the items to a given book or books. [Item 325340]
- We fixed an issue with the Outbound Call note that was causing some stores within dealer groups to display incorrect statuses. [Item 335506]

- We fixed a bug that sometimes prevented a saved deal from updating automatically when a new lender was selected. [Item 339937]

- We updated the DT DMS deal export so that if a state or county match is not made when attempting to determine the appropriate tax group, ProMax will now utilize default retail/lease tax groups.
