The Auto Dealer Today 2016 Dealers' Choice Awards were announced, and thanks to dealers like you casting your votes, we took home three 1st place awards this year!  

We won the (first place) Diamond Award  for Desking for the 6th year in a row!  We also received top honors in the CRM category for the 1st time ever, and we grabbed the number one spot in the Direct Mail category for the 3rd year in a row!

According to Auto Dealer Today, we are the first ever company in the 12 year history of DCAs to take home three Diamond Awards in one year! Changes & Fixes in this Version

•  We now support Pre-Owned Leasing for GM.  [Item 302264]

• We fixed a display issue with the Lender Review & Submit screen that caused deleted lender tiers to still appear.  [Item 293541]

• We corrected a display issue with GAP on the Alt Choice Proposal.  [Item 278837]

 New Email Templates For Instant Auto Credit App

Do you use the Instant Auto Credit App on your website? If not, you should! It's a fantastic way to generate high quality leads from your website by offering consumers the opportunity to get pre-approved for an auto loan AND see their credit score without having to fill out a long form or give their Social Security Number. You can use the IACA on your ProMax Dealer Website, but it's easy to install on ANY existing site you have as well.

This month, we've added several new email templates to ProMax that make it easy to drive consumers to the Instant Auto Credit App on your website:

 

Go to Email Templates -> Download Templates in Communications to get these great looking, free messages. Then use them to easily set up Email Campaigns and watch the leads fly in!

 

Other Changes & Fixes In This Version

• We've added a new User Access setting for "Can View Lead Notes" which previously a user could not do unless "View DOB", "View DL and SSN", and "View Income & Cash Down" options were all checked.  [Item 161109]

• We updated how SMS "STOP" messages are treated, so that the customer's Sales Rep is now notified of them, and so they are counted on the BDC Productivity Report as a 'Contact'.  [Items 297179 & 279324]

• We fixed an issue that was sometimes causing Applicants and Co-Applicants to be reassigned separately in the event of deleting a Sales Rep. [Item 292647]

• We corrected an issue with Static Lease deals being incorrectly categorized in Trade Alerts.  [Item 296108]

• We fixed a bug that would sometimes prompt the question "Did the customer demo this vehicle?" when printing a proposal even though the question had already been answered 'Yes' previously.  [Item 293985]

• We fixed a bug on the Internet Dashboard that occurred when customers were transferred from one dealership in a group to another and then merged with other leads.  [Item 296405]
