Email History Report
We've added a great new report to ProMax: the Email History Report.
Now it's easy to see at a glance all emails sent to and from any customer:
Managers can use to it to see an overview of email activity with many custom filters such as Date, Department, and Message type.
If a Sales Rep calls in sick, the Email History Report makes it easy to monitor and respond to their emails.
Other Changes & Fixes
- We updated all Communications to ensure the title case is respected throughout. [Item 293017]
- We fixed an issue with the SMS history popup window that was preventing "STOP" messages from appearing there (even though they were still showing in Customer Workscreen notes). [Item 282172]
- We corrected an issue that was causing deleted ProMax users to sometime still receive dealership SMS messages. [Item 273629]
- We fixed an issue with trades added from EZUp not updating the vehicle status in some instances. [Item 288501]
- We updated Click To Call to ensure that the correct settings were always respected in dealer group situations. [Items 291521 & 291794]
- We fixed an issue that was preventing "Sold Mileage" from importing from ADP on new vehicles. [Item 295269]
