Dealerships with ADP or the Reynolds Platinum package can take advantage of two new reports designed to locate opportunities to gain both sales AND service customers:
Service/Not Sold and Sold/No Service.
Service/Not Sold- Do you know who's getting service done? This report targets customers that have had service appointments but no deliveries within ProMax in the last 5 years.
Sold/No Service- Are you keeping tabs on your Owner Base? This report targets customers that have had deliveries but are not coming to your service bay.
The Service Dashboard is simple and effective:

- We added an "Apply G.R. Tax to GAP" option in Admin Tax Rates for Tennessee dealers. [Item 271161]
