ProMax Version Release 2015.11.23.2 - November 24, 2015

 Updated Photo Manager

We've redesigned the Photo Manager, overhauling the back end and adding an attractive new interface:

As far as functionality, not much has changed.  You still use the same process for uploads, though now you can see thumbnails and omit individual photos from bulk imports if you like.  The quantity restriction on ProMax Mobile uploads has been eliminated.  

The Photo Manager now has the same interface across ProMax, ProMax Mobile, and ProMax Dealer Websites, and they all function identically.

 

Other Changes & Fixes

• When the Adjustment field in an Inventory record is changed from a Desking screen, it is now specified in the vehicle note.  [Item 257933]

• We corrected an issue with some ADP service appointment imports creating unnecessary state change notes.  [Item 262772]

• We updated the Alt Choice Proposal to ensure the national rebate is correctly applied in all instances.  [Item 261688]

• We fixed an issue with two mileage fields not importing correctly to DealerTrack on lease deals.  [Item 256236]

Other Changes & Fixes

• We added a new "Trade Recon Defaults" hyperlink at the bottom of Admin Desking that enables you to set up a default list of Reconditioning items that will appear automatically in the Reconditioning list on the Trade screen.  [Item 202339]
  
  
• The Firm Offer of Credit can no longer be emailed to customers that have had Instant Screens run.  Physical delivery of the Firm Offer is now required.  The Firm Offer can be printed then hand delivered or mailed to the consumer. To ensure compliance, ProMax will mail the Firm Offer to the consumer on your behalf if not completed at your dealership.  If you have any questions, please call our Training Department at: (800) 322-9034.  [Item 238384]

• We recently announced our great new V.I.P. Appointment Log.  Now you can get there from the Reports menu as well.  [Item 260147]

• You now have the ability to mark ProMax's hard-coded Lead Sources as 'Active' or not.  [Item 258426]

• We corrected a bug on the Customer Workscreen that was sometimes preventing a Demo Note from being created.  [Item 254587]

• ADP will now correctly save County information on incoming deals.  [Item 261334]

• We fixed an issue with salutations in ADP imports creating unnecessary notes.  [Item 262029]

V.I.P. Appointment Log

We've introduced a great new tool to make your showroom shine and your guests feel special: the V.I.P. Appointment Log.  It displays the day's appointments in a rolling list. 

Put it up on a flatscreen in the lobby and it refreshes automatically throughout the day without ever timing out.

Go to www.promaxviplog.com and log in with your ProMax credentials to see your dealership's V.I.P. Appointment Log.

Other Changes & Fixes

• The Dealership Name and Dealer ID number will now be included in email and text Lead Notifications.  [Item 228964]

• We corrected an issue with trade information not sending on ASI exports.  [Item 252826]

• Apartment will now be sent in the "Address 2" field for outgoing RCI transactions.  [Item 257560]

• We updated a number of Reports to ensure that Appointments Set, Scheduled, and Shown are counted in a consistent manner for Co-Applicants.  [Item 124692]
