Studies show that a majority of consumers don't know their credit score, and that
consumers shopping for a vehicle want to learn it.  So why not give it to them for free, in exchange for a quality lead on a consumer that you KNOW is looking to buy?  Enter Instant Score!

Instant Score is a new soft pull tool that can be plugged in anywhere on your website.  Visitors to your site are able to see their Equifax credit score free of charge.

The simple process only requires consumers to fill out a short form and verify their identity, but does not require the consumer's Social Security Number.

Upon completing the form and having their identity verified, the consumer sees their credit score, and the dealership receives a high quality authenticated lead.

V.I.P. Appointment Log

 We've introduced a great new tool to make your showroom shine and your guests feel special: the V.I.P. Appointment Log.  It displays the day's appointments in a rolling list.  

Put it up on a flatscreen in the lobby and it refreshes automatically throughout the day without ever timing out.

Go to www.promaxviplog.com and log in with your ProMax credentials to see your dealership's V.I.P. Appointment Log.

• We did some optimization on the Prospect Information Analysis Report to increase it's speed.  [Item 259487]

• We fixed an issue with the 'closed all day' option to the Internet Lead AutoResponder Configuration.  [Item 253883]

• We corrected an issue with the Manager Dashboard not showing inventory across dealer groups when the Admin setting "Don't allow prospect access to other dealers in the group" is checked.  [Item 249603]

• We fixed an issue with some information entered on a Credit Application not saving in ProMax Mobile notes.  [Item 253404]

"Request New Lead Import" Option

 We've made it easier for you to start getting leads imported from a new Lead Provider.  In Admin ->  Lead Sources there is a new hyperlink for "Request New Lead Import":

 

Clicking on it will pop up an easy form that submits directly to our Lead Integrations Department.

 

New 'Quick Payoff Calculator'

in ProMax Mobile Quick Tools

We've been adding new "Quick Tools" to ProMax Mobile.  In the last month we've added Quick Quote and Change Your Password.  Now we're introducing a handy "Quick Payoff Calculator" just like the one in ProMax:

 

New Call Manager Report in Browser

The Call Manager Report is better than ever, and now it launches in your browser:

 

It's more than just an attractive new interface; the dynamic charts enable you to hover over items, zoom in to specific date ranges, drill down, filter, and more.

• We corrected a printing issue that could occur when printing a vertical driver's license at actual size.  [Item 237299]

• Customers created by incoming RCI Deals will now use "RCI Deals" as the lead source rather than "DMS Customers".  [Item 253152]

• We updated the RCI integration to prevent the ZIP +4 from being removed after a customer was accessed in ProMax.  [Item 227682]

• We fixed an issue that was cutting off incoming text messages that contained carriage returns.  [Item 250995]

• We made some updates to our Do Not Sell Report.  [Items 251806 & 252021]

• We fixed an issue with the Print button in the Desking Available Incentives popup.  [Item 250545]

• We updated the Customer Workscreen to prevent a "Re-assign this customer's follow up to another sales rep?" popup from appearing unnecessarily when creating a new customer.  [Item 231262]

• We fixed a bug that was sometimes incorrectly displaying time of residence on previous addresses on CUDL submissions.  [Item 244128]

ProMax Version Release 2015.9.29.3 - October 1, 2015

New & Improved Submittal Screen

We've updated our Lender Review, Submittal And Callback screen to include lots of additional information about the customer, the deal, and the lenders:

• Display of CB summary eliminates the need to navigate back and forth to the Credit Report
• See a snapshot of all Saved Deals
• Add notes before submitting to a lender
• Fields highlighted in yellow show you credit scores that would be accepted by that lender that have not been run yet
• Ability to configure individual tiers for each lender

As with the previous version of the screen, values in fields within a lender's guidelines are green, and those outside the lender's guidelines are red.

ProMax Mobile Quick Quote

We recently added a Quick Tools menu to ProMax Mobile, and this week we're adding another tool: a Quick Quote just like the one in ProMax:

• Proposals with an "MPG on New Vehicle" field will now use Combined MPG if it is filled in on the vehicle's Inventory record.  [Item 211770]

• We performed some maintenance on the Compliance Review Report to make it run faster.  [Item 253445]

• We addressed an issue that was sometimes causing inbound texts to be cut off.  [Item 252860]

• We updated the Lease F&I screen to ensure that default settings are obeyed on all newly created customers.  [Item 251730]

• A System Note is now created when a Credit Report is printed.  [Item 252659]

• Per ECOA guidelines we have updated our Standard Credit Application to include new "Intent to Apply For Joint Credit" verbiage and a location for initials.  [Item 252346]

• We added Chrysler Capital Balloon as an option for leasing residuals.  [Item 244157]

• We did some work on the Internet Dashboard Leads Summary and Detail Report to ensure counts were accurate when switching between tabs.  [Item 252784]

• We fixed a bug with accessing the Four Square Proposal from the Retail/Lease screen.  [Item 248685]

• We added "Warranty" to state options under tax rates for the state of Indiana.  [Item 212351]

• We corrected an issue with the Showroom Visit "Demo" checkbox interfering with notes saving properly.  [Item 251628]

• We updated Lease Tax calculations for the state of Iowa.  [Item 246813]
