Get Customer Text Notifications

on Your Smartphone

Is your dealership signed up for Texting in ProMax?  If not, you should be, and here's another reason why: you can get ProMax text notifications on your smartphone.  

Now when you configure your cell number to send and receive texts in ProMax, you will get a notification on your smartphone on all incoming texts.

How do you get started?  It's easy; in Admin User Access enter your 10 digit cell phone number (if you've previously entered your SMS email address, that will still work):

 

Now anytime you receive a text in ProMax you'll be notified on your phone and receive a link to ProMax Mobile.

 

Click the hyperlink in the notification and you'll be taken to ProMax Mobile (you will have to log in if you are not logged in already), where you can view the SMS History of that customer and continue the conversation.

 

All of these texts will be recorded on the Customer Workscreen in ProMax (and the Mobile Workscreen as well).

Introducing ProMax Email Campaigns

The new ProMax Email Campaigns give you everything you need to take your email marketing to the next level and track your success every step of the way!  Including:

• Advanced Analytics- All the data you need to evaluate your campaigns on easy to read reports.  Track Opens, Clicks, Bounces, and much more, all with drilldown reporting that enables you to get as granular as you like.
• ROI Tracking- Clicks and Opens are great, but the REAL question is how much gross did your campaign generate?  You’ll know every detail with our ROI tracking; from Appointments to Shows to Front and Back Gross and more, all presented in easy to read charts and graphs.
• A/B Testing- Truly take your email marketing to the next level with easy-to-use A/B Testing.  Try out different subject lines or special offers and send variations out to select groups to see what types of messages work best.  What template gets you the most Shows?  No need to guess; you can know for sure.
  

How does it all work?  It's easy!

You get to the new Email Campaigns in the same place you accessed our old bulk  email: through the Communications navigation under the Prospects or Owner Base tabs in ProMax.  Use the filters to target select groups of prospects and/or past customers.  

Create a new message or select a template from the list.  Want to use one of ours?  Click the red "Download Templates" button and use one of our fully responsive messages.  Whichever you choose, click "Create Email Campaign" to launch Email Campaigns in your browser:

From here you can choose or change templates, tailor your subject line, and determine who the message will be 'from'.  You can also set up A/B testing; divide your recipient list into up to four groups and send them slightly different messages to see what your customers will respond to.  Try out different subject lines or templates.  The possibilities for fine-tuning your message are endless, and anyone can do it.

Then track the results with our advanced reporting:

All the metrics you need are here, including drilldowns for all pertinent fields.  How many customers opened?  Which ones clicked?  You can also click on individual campaigns and track Shows, Appointments, Gross, and more. 

Everything you need is in ProMax Email Campaigns!  No need for guessing or excuses when it comes to your email marketing efforts, and no need to pay an outside company to track campaigns or generate templates.  ProMax Email Campaigns are the answer to all of your email marketing needs.

• We updated Deal Structure submittals to RouteOne.  [Item 223090]

• We corrected an issue with ADP that was preventing some ROs from displaying in ProMax.  [Item 219605]

• A Lender Presets Tier can now be configured to force a $0 residual for a lease.  [Item 194921]

• We corrected an issue with the "Inventory Sale Price" Forms variable.  [Item 222003]

• We fixed an issue with the Internet Dashboard not showing Instant Screen results in some instances.  [Item 224600]

• We added new Forms variables for "Lienholder Insurance CityStateZip" and "Lienholder Owner CityStateZip".  [Item 215566]

 RouteOne Single Sign-On

Dealers that utilize our two-way integration with RouteOne can now take advantage of a Single Sign-On.  This simple, reliable, and secure sign on process enables:

• Automatic login, fewer clicks, and no double data entry, all of which lead to a more efficient process

• The ability to adjust a deal in ProMax while RouteOne remains open in a separate window

• Instant access to all of RouteOne's decision information on all of a customer's deals

From either the Prospects F&I Log or from the Callback History tab on the Review & Submit screen, clicking any of the hyperlinks in the "Callback" column will now navigate you directly to that callback in your RouteOne system in the browser:

Other Changes & Fixes

• We added a scroll bar to the Dealership list on the Filter/Sort.  [Item 234237]

• We updated the Driver's License Scan in EZ Up so that selecting 'Copy' in the "Customer Already Exists" popup would correctly retain the scanned DL image.  [Item 223504]

• We corrected an issue with the BDC & Sales Management Report that was showing the incorrect status in some instances.  [Item 219124]

• We fixed a bug with the Schedule Activity popup that was transferring customers to another location in the dealer group if the activity was scheduled for another location.  [Item 220711]

 

Training Spotlight of the Month - ProMax Mobile Overview

 

We've updated our Training Spotlight of the Month so that our free classes fit EVERYONE'S schedule!  How did we do that?

By making the classes available as videos so you can watch them whenever you like.  This month we're featuring ProMax Mobile.

We're always adding new features to ProMax Mobile.  Just in the last few months we've added:

The Instant Auto Credit App

Has a Great New Look!

If you're not one of the hundreds of dealers currently using it to generate leads, the Instant Auto Credit App is a simple, consumer-initiated pre-screen product that can be plugged in anywhere on your website, or utilized on a standalone website.  It does not require the consumer's Social Security Number and does not count as an inquiry on their credit. Consumers can view their credit score just by taking a minute to complete the short form, and you get a great lead!

It's one of our most popular products, and we just gave it a great new look!  As a matter of fact, several great new looks.  Here's a few of them:

We have multiple templates to choose from, with updated colors and designs.  We have a few different videos to choose from too, including a Spanish language version you can use exclusively, or in conjunction with the English language version.  We also updated the 'Congratulations' page:

Filter/Sort 'Exclude' Option

We've added a handy new option to Filter/Sort: the ability to exclude customers who have received a bulk email or letter within a certain time period.  Take a look:

So if you want to send out a Service Checkup reminder on Monday, a Special Sale notice on Tuesday, and an Oil Change coupon on Wednesday, but you want to make sure you don't spam any of the same customers with all the messages, you can utilize this new feature.

Check the box to "Exclude customers who have received a bulk" and then select "Email", "Letter", or "Email or Letter" from the dropdown.  Then type in the number of days you would like this exclusion to apply to, and you're all set.

• We added a new "Group" variable to the Prospect Activity Report.  [Item 223397]

• We've enhanced ProMax's ability to parse City, State, and ZIP Code data from imported 3rd party plain text leads that use non-standard formatting.  [Item 222798]

• We now import the Buy Rate on static deals from ADP.  [Item 217441]

• We fixed an issue with the 'Window Sticker Term' Forms variable that sometimes was displaying "0" in place of "N/A".  [Item 231702]
