ProMax Mobile continues to grow! Now you can edit the Mobile Workscreen from any device. All of the changes you could previously only do in ProMax are now editable from your smartphone or tablet. Update your prospect's contact info, or enter a Desired Vehicle:

Click To Call in ProMax Mobile 
Have you signed up for Click To Call yet? It's a great way to improve productivity at your dealership. And now you can use Click To Call in ProMax Mobile, too!
Just like in ProMax, you can configure multiple numbers to call from and link them to all users who have access.

Change to Email Account Activity Log
When we released our new Email solution last year, we added an Email Account Activity Log so users could verify how often our servers checked their inbox. Now that all of our dealers are on the new Email and our servers' speed has increased in kind, we are checking many thousands of accounts every minute. In other words, since servers are generally checking every user's account once a minute or more, the log is no longer very useful.
Because of this we are not going to automatically update the log every time the server checks a user's account. If you would like to verify that your account is being checked, you can still do so at any time. In Admin User Access go to your Email Settings configuration popup window and click the hyperlink at the lower left labelled "Debug Info". Then, in the Email Account Activity Log window that pops up, check the box next to "Request a Session Log to be created on the next Mail Session":

Then, the next time our servers hit your account (likely in a minute or less), it will create an entry in this log.

- When a new user is created in ProMax, the "Access ProMaxMobile.com" setting in Admin will be defaulted to 'Yes'. [Item 223987]
- We added a "Vehicle Specials" pie chart in the Internet Dashboard Inventory tab. [Item 152966]
- We've added a red "(Duplicate)" status on the Internet Dashboard Leads Detail grid, so that all leads are still displayed and dupes can be easily identified. [Item 152049]
- We updated the deal export to always check the "First payment not due on signing" lender setting for correct 1st payment date. [Item 182277]
- We corrected a counting issue on the ProMax Mobile Leaderboard. [Item 216950]
- We addressed an issue that was preventing Instant Screen information from displaying on the Compliance Review in some cases. [Item 222748]
- We've added a Delivered Date column to the Stored Deals screen. This will ensure that the Delivery Date is always displayed along with the last date the deal was updated. [Item 193764]
- We updated the calculations on our recently added Window Sticker forms variables. [Items 222134 & 222191]
- We added ADP and Reynolds static deal types to Automated Follow-Up triggers. [Item 209038]
- We fixed an issue with the date picker in the Compliance Review Report. [Item 222407]
- We did some maintenance on the Prospect Information Analysis Report to ensure all columns were calculating correctly. [Item 217354]
- When entering a customer in EZ Up, filling in the ZIP Code now will automatically populate the City and State fields. [Item 221190]
- We fixed an issue that was preventing users from accessing static deals from the Sold Vehicle History grid on the Customer Workscreen. [Item 214578]
- Kentucky Sales Tax calculations will now use NADA Retail Base when necessary. [Item 218526]
- We fixed a bug that sometimes prevented users from removing Trade Allowance from a saved lease deal. [Item 78947]
- The co-app residence time is now printing on the Ally Credit App. [Item 219797]
- We fixed a bug that was preventing some ADP deliveries from showing on the Heat Sheet. [Item 209038]
- We corrected an issue with EZ Up that was preventing a scanned Driver's License image from saving when a user selected to "Ignore" a dupe customer. [Item 216764]
