ProMax Changes & Fixes

• We've added 8 new Forms variables based on window sticker payments: WS Retail 1-4 and WS Lease 1-4.  [Item 208901]

• We corrected an issue with the Manager Dashboard Desk Log sometimes not displaying the most current trade.  [Item 214917]

• We fixed a bug that was causing information to blank out when editing a trade that was stocked in during a delivery.  [Item 218638]

ProMax Version Release 2015.3.11.1 - March 11, 2015

Version Hotfix

We fixed a bug that was disabling the Incoming Call button on the Customer Workscreen for some users.  [Item 219927]

 

ProMax Version Release 2015.3.10.1 - March 11, 2015

 DealerTrack Issue Resolved

Yesterday, DealerTrack made a change to their login page that was preventing ProMax users from submitting deals.

We have addressed the issue, and DealerTrack submittals will once again work as they did before.

 

Other Changes & Fixes

• Customers added in the Mobile Workscreen will now be auto-assigned to any dealership personnel and/or department that have been configured in Admin BDC Settings.  [Item 213211] 

• We fixed a bug with the Dashboard Heat Sheet that was sometimes causing a Demo to not be marked on customers with multiple showroom visits in one day.  [Item 205321]

Attention ProMax Users

Changes made by DealerTrack are causing issues for ProMax users attempting to submit deals.

We are aware of this issue and are working on a solution.

ProMax Version Release 2015.3.4.1 - March 5, 2015

Equipment Hyperlink on Trade Screen

You can now access the Equipment Details screen from a hyperlink on the Trade screen:

The "Equipment" heading on the Trade screen is now a hyperlink, just like it is on a vehicle's Inventory record.

 

Improved 'Password Change' Popups

We've been making a number of changes recently aimed at making your passwords more secure.  To help users adapt to the new requirements, we've improved the popup that appears upon incorrectly setting or changing a password.  For example, if the password is not accepted because it contains "1234", the popup will say "Your password cannot contain repetitive or sequential characters/numbers".  If the incorrect password is too short, the popup will say "Your password must be at least 8 characters":

 

Other Changes & Fixes

• Invalid and unsubscribed email addresses will no longer be counted as Past Due Follow-Up on the Dashboard Heat Sheet.  [Item 215838]

• We added a "Cancel" button to the Available Incentives popup in Desking.  [Item 168356]

• The selected equipment from the Guest Information/Appraisal Sheet will now carry over when printed from EZ Up.  [item 215191]

• We updated the process for stopping the clock on leads that have been merged with a co-applicant.  [Item 188863]

• When clicking on the Desired Vehicle hyperlink on the Customer Workscreen, the cursor will now default to the "Stock #" field, rather than the "VIN" field, which is  not editable.  [Item 212094]

• Completing a call with a customer that has an unconfirmed appointment in ProMax Mobile will now prompt a 'Confirm' popup just as it does in ProMax.  [Item 215903]

• There is a new option for One Pay leases, "Calculate Tax on a single payment for One Pay".  This setting ensures that when the total sales tax is divisible by the term of the lease the result will come out to the whole penny.  [Item 212130]
