Certified Lead Management Report

Other Changes & Fixes

• We added a number of new fields to the Inventory Create New Vehicle screen including Supplier Price, Employee Price, Curb Weight, GVWR, City MPG, Highway MPG, and Combined MPG.  [Item 201470]

• We added hyperlinks for E-brochures and RBP notices on the Outbound Call Editor notes grid just like the ones we have on the Customer Workscreen notes grid.  [Item 210503]

• We fixed an issue with marking calls complete on the Mobile Workplan that could sometimes prevent multiple calls for one customer to be marked.  [Item 210431]

ProMax Version Release 2015.1.21.2 - January 22, 2015

Are you using ProMax Mobile yet?  If you're not, you should be!  This week we're giving you not one, but two more reasons to get onboard!  Reason number one is:

the Salesperson Dashboard

Now Sales Reps can get everything they need at a glance with the Salesperson Dashboard.  From any smartphone or tablet you can see new prospects, keep track of new emails and texts, and navigate to the Mobile Workplan to catch up on Tasks and view Appointments.  It's all here on one easy to use screen!

 

Upload Vehicle Photos from your Phone!

Reason number two to check out ProMax Mobile: we added the ability to upload vehicle photos from your smartphone or mobile device!  It's easy too; just select "Upload Vehicle Photos" from the ProMax Mobile menu:

From there, you can select a Stock# and download photos, or you can just begin downloading photos and assign them to a Stock# later.  You can send up to 20 photos of a vehicle at a time.

If you have a ProMax Dealer Website and are uploading new photos to a vehicle in your inventory that already has at least one photo in ProMax, the new photos will pull to your website immediately. If the downloaded photos are for a vehicle without any current photos, they will transfer to your website the next time a photo import is done.

 

Updates to Owner Base

We've made a number of updates to the Owner Base grid.  We combined "Model" and "Style" into one column, "Purchased Vehicle" and we added several new columns including details about the customer's last service appointment, and information about delivered vehicles that have since been traded in.  We also added easier access to the 'No Longer Owned' popup, which itself has been updated to include much more information about vehicle trade-ins.

 

Other Changes & Fixes

• We did more optimizations to the Trade screen, which should eliminate time lag issues that some dealerships had been experiencing.  [Item 209990]

• The Outbound Call Tracking Report now launches in its own browser window.  For more information about this feature, call Melissa Sinclair at 563-344-7648.  [Item 211807]

• We fixed an error that sometimes occurred when printing forms from the Finance Products Only screen.  [Item 211091]

Email lead notifications now

link to the Mobile Workscreen!

We've made it even easier to start working your leads right away from any smartphone or mobile device.  All email lead notifications now contain a hyperlink that takes you directly to that customer's Mobile Workscreen.  Stop the clock and immediately begin working your leads from anywhere!

 

New Mobile Credit App

Many of you have requested a Credit App in ProMax Mobile, and now it's here!  

Now you can collect all the credit information you need to submit a deal to DealerTrack or RouteOne, all from your tablet!

Other Changes & Fixes

• We updated Owner Base so that clicking on the purchased vehicle link will now navigate you to the Inventory screen of that vehicle rather than the deal.  We've added a new hyperlink on Payment that will take you to deal.  [Item 209703]

• We added hyperlinks for email messages on the Outbound Call Editor notes grid just like the ones we have on the Customer Workscreen notes grid.  [Item 172588]

• You can now select multiple names from your Address Book when composing an email message in Email 2.0.  [Item 207686]

• We added a new lowest option of '5 minutes' in Lead Delivery Activity Monitoring.  The previous low for 'Action Taken After' and 'When To Monitor' was 15 minutes.  [Items 206089 & 209472]

• We've done a number of optimizations in Desking that should double the speed of some operations.  [Item 204698]

• We updated the E-brochure preview to display better on smaller devices.  Now instead of displaying the full message, we've added a "View E-brochure" button that enables you to view it if you want to.  [Item 209160]

• We added a "Stored Deals" option to the top navigation on the Review and Submit screen.  [Item 53116]

• The Intended Use field on the Credit App will now be defaulted to "Personal" for all new prospects.  [Item 193967]

• We added another "Send" button near the address bars at the upper left of new Email 2.0 messages (in addition to the one at the bottom right).  [Item 176772]

• Customers that have an Instant Screen or a credit report pulled in EZ Up can now be automatically exported to 3rd party CRMs.  [Item 207179]

• In ProMax Mobile a new top menu will now appear in the banner on devices with screens that are large enough (minimum 800 pixel width- i.e. larger tablets, laptops, and desktops).  The standard 'three line' menu icon will still appear on all other devices.  [Item  209067]

• We fixed an issue with the "View Vehicle Video" link in the E-brochure.  [Item 208593]

• We added a new column with checkboxes to the Internet Dashboard Leads tab for "Call Attempt".  [Item 166654]

• We addressed an issue with Lead Inactivity Warnings being sent outside of store hours that was affecting dealers in areas of Arizona that don't participate in Daylight Savings Time.  [Item 186187]
