Are you using ProMax Mobile yet? If you're not, you should be! This week we're giving you not one, but two more reasons to get onboard! Reason number one is:
the Salesperson Dashboard

Now Sales Reps can get everything they need at a glance with the Salesperson Dashboard. From any smartphone or tablet you can see new prospects, keep track of new emails and texts, and navigate to the Mobile Workplan to catch up on Tasks and view Appointments. It's all here on one easy to use screen!
Upload Vehicle Photos from your Phone!
Reason number two to check out ProMax Mobile: we added the ability to upload vehicle photos from your smartphone or mobile device! It's easy too; just select "Upload Vehicle Photos" from the ProMax Mobile menu:

From there, you can select a Stock# and download photos, or you can just begin downloading photos and assign them to a Stock# later. You can send up to 20 photos of a vehicle at a time.
If you have a ProMax Dealer Website and are uploading new photos to a vehicle in your inventory that already has at least one photo in ProMax, the new photos will pull to your website immediately. If the downloaded photos are for a vehicle without any current photos, they will transfer to your website the next time a photo import is done.
Updates to Owner Base
We've made a number of updates to the Owner Base grid. We combined "Model" and "Style" into one column, "Purchased Vehicle" and we added several new columns including details about the customer's last service appointment, and information about delivered vehicles that have since been traded in. We also added easier access to the 'No Longer Owned' popup, which itself has been updated to include much more information about vehicle trade-ins.
Other Changes & Fixes
- We did more optimizations to the Trade screen, which should eliminate time lag issues that some dealerships had been experiencing. [Item 209990]

- We fixed an error that sometimes occurred when printing forms from the Finance Products Only screen. [Item 211091]
