Introducing the Mobile Workscreen!
The next big feature in ProMax Mobile has arrived: the Mobile Workscreen! Now you can access the Customer Workscreen on your smartphone or tablet.
With the new Mobile Workscreen you can:
- Access the Customer Workscreen anywhere - in the showroom, on the lot, or at home
- Add notes and change statuses
- Make calls and add Outbound Call Notes
- Link to customers from Mobile Reports or Email 2.0 messages
We've also added customer Recall to ProMax Mobile. Customer out on the lot? Pull them up on your tablet. Lead notification in your email? Recall the customer on your phone to call them or email a response and stop the clock on the lead!
ProMax Mobile isn't just for your smartphone, either. It works on any browser, so you can use it on your Mac or PC too.
Since we were adding so many new features we updated the menu with a sleek new look, too. Now it's easier to read and navigate on even the smallest screens.
And we're not done yet! We're going to be adding loads of new functionality to the Mobile Workscreen in the coming weeks and months. Keep an eye on the blog for updates, or check our ProMax Mobile blog.

We added a "Run New CB" button to the top of the Credit Bureau screen:
Other Changes and Fixes
- Last Month we added the ability to Show or Hide certain Statuses for individual users. Now, to make this config option easier we've added hyperlinks to the popup enabling you to "Show All" or "Hide All". [Item 190814]
- We updated the Inventory Vehicle Notes so that multiple Photo Manager uploads done at the same time for the same vehicle will now create one comprehensive note, rather than many smaller notes. [Item 193695]
- Proposals printed from the Retail/Lease screen are once again accessible from the Manager Dashboard Desk Log. [Item 192071]
- We fixed an issue on the Daily Workplan Call Log that was removing sort order when filters were changed. [Item 81739]
- We added a "Show All Calls" checkbox to the Daily Workplan Outbound Calls screen. [Item 191860]
- Https links in Customer Workscreen Notes will now work as clickable hyperlinks. [Item 168120]
- We added a new option in BDC Settings: "Do not count Fresh Walk Ins in Appt Results in BDC/Sales Report". [Item 172401]
- We corrected an issue with the Internet Dashboard Prolink and Website Usage Report that required you to recompile the report each time you clicked a link and navigated Back. [Item 187080]
- BK Online leads will no longer show on the Internet Dashboard by default. [Item 191835]
- We added two new Communications variables: "Last Delivered Vehicle Stock Number" and "Last Delivered Vehicle Sale Price". [Item 60230]
- We fixed an issue with the emailed HTML version of the Sold Vehicle/Profit Report that was omitting some rows at the bottom. [Item 191022]
- We added "County Road" as a Street Type on the Customer Workscreen. [Item 191652]
- We fixed a column header on the Manager Dashboard Department Forecast Settings popup. [Item 194569]
- The "Miles/Year" field in deals started on the Lease F&I screen will now respect the "Default Miles Per Year for Leasing" setting in Admin -> Desking. [Item 192393]
- We fixed an issue with the 'Nearest Relative Phone Number' not printing correctly on certain credit applications. [Item 82702]
- "County" is now sent with customer information to DealerTrack DMS. [Item 139699]
- We fixed a bug affecting Colorado dealerships that was clearing the "County" field on the Customer Workscreen after navigating back from Desking. [Item 193628]
