New Password Reset Feature
Over the next few weeks we'll be rolling out our new Password Reset feature. Once your dealership is activated, the next time you log in to ProMax, you'll be taken to a new screen in your browser that looks like this:

Just follow the simple instructions to set up your security questions. It only takes a minute or two.

Once you are set up, if you ever forget your password, you can easily reset it.
We're adding a new button in the ProMax login box labelled "Forgot Password?":
Note: This button will be on the login page starting today, but it won't function until your dealership is activated and you've set up your security questions.
If at some point a user selects "No, do not ask me again" but then later decides they'd like to set up questions, they still can. Just go to Admin -> User Access and click on that user. Then click the 'Password' hyperlink, and select 'Yes' to "Overwrite existing password and reset security questions":
The next time that user logs in, they will again be prompted to set up their security questions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for an administrator to lock a user out of the system, they will need to clear the user's security questions in addition to changing their password. To do this, just click the 'Password' hyperlink and select 'Yes' as in the previous example. Then the locked out user will not be able to regain access to the system.
Credit Bureau Analysis Report Enhancements
We made a number of enhancements to the Credit Bureau Analysis Report. We added three new columns: "Front Gross", "Back Gross", and "Total Gross". We also added more information to the Detail and made it easier to access. Instead of switching views, now you can just click on the hyperlinks. Additionally, the report is now fully browser-based, a trend that you're going to see continue with all of the reports available on ProMax Mobile:

New 'Estimated Reconditioning' Popup
We updated the 'Estimated Reconditioning' section of the Trade screen, changing it from a blank field to a more detailed popup. Click on the new hyperlink and now you have 12 editable fields to work with:
