No More 'Warning' Popups
on Desking F&I Screens
A frequent request from dealers is to get rid of the Warning popups on the Desking F&I screens. These popups serve a very important purpose: letting you know when a deal is out of structure. But sometimes the extra clicks could make navigating around a deal a hassle, so we came up with a better alternative. 'Hints' in red boxes will now appear when you mouse over the red-shaded fields that contain values outside of Lender Guidelines:
Show/Hide Statuses For Individual Users
Some dealerships use dozens of statuses, but usually only a handful apply to Sales Reps. For this reason we've added the ability for administrators to Show or Hide statuses for individual users. Now you can configure users to see only the sales statuses that are applicable to them:
Go to Admin --> User Access and select a user. Under the Customers/Prospects section click on the new blue hyperlink "Set Access". Now use the radio buttons to select which statuses to "Show" or "Hide". Going forward, only those set to "Show" will appear in that user's Status dropdowns.
Other Changes & Fixes
- New customers created from RCI, ADP, and Adam will now be assigned a Lead Source of 'DMS Customers' so that they can be included or excluded from reporting. [Item 185734]
- We updated Desking settings so that "Service Contract", "After Market", and "Gap Protection" are automatically unselected for Wholesale deals. [Item 169471]
- We updated Email 2.0 so that improperly formatted incoming leads will now create a customer named "Unparsed Lead" with the body of the email in the Customer Notes, rather than just remaining in the Inbox. [Item 188928]
- We improved the Admin Outbound Call Filters, making it easier to edit the filters and change the order of them. [Items 188021, 188043, & 188311]
- We updated the Prospect Log Filters in the BDC Settings Outbound Filters setup so that you can select multiple Log Types. [Item 189281]
- We addressed an issue with Texting in ProMax to ensure the proper salesperson receives notification of a customer response, even if they are logged in at a another location in a dealer group. [Item 185717]
- We updated our process for sending Trade-In appraisals to FirstLook to ensure all required fields were populated. [Item 151974]
- We addressed an issue with the Manager Dashboard Desk Log Summary that was sometimes causing Month To Date columns to be off. [Item 188635]
- We corrected an issue with the Internet Dashboard occasionally timing out when compiling data that was over a year old. [Item 148638]
- We addressed an issue with the BDC Productivity Report to ensure credit was always being given to the person performing the action in dealer group settings. [Item 185348]
- We fixed an issue with the Admin Accident & Health Rates config screen. [Item 187401]
- We corrected an issue with mileage adjustment calculation for NADA on commercial vehicles. [Item 189516]
- We addressed a spacing issue on Toyota residual file imports. [Item 190791]
