Email 2.0 SMS Notifications
On Customer Replies
We added a great new option in Email 2.0: the ability to get text notifications when a customer or prospect responds to one of your emails. When composing your message in ProMax Email 2.0 simply check the "Notify via SMS when response received" box:
Then, when the recipient repsonds to your message, you'll be notified at the SMS/Cell Email Address you have configured in Admin User Access.
New 'Click To Call' Function

To make Outbound Call Tracking even better we've recently added Click To Call. In the Outbound Call popup, enabled users will now see the Click To Call button:
Clicking the new button or any of the hyperlinked phone numbers prompts this popup:
From here you can select between any available Home, Work, or Cell numbers for both the Applicant and the Co-Applicant. You can also choose to place the call from one of two default numbers, or designate an alternate phone from which to place the call (e.g. your desk phone, your cell, etc.)

More Email 2.0 Enhancements
Do you have Email 2.0 yet? We're switching all of our dealers over in one-on-one training sessions, and we're also holding free online classes this month to help you get ready. Dealer feedback has been very positive so far, and we're continuing to make improvements:
- We updated the 'Sent' folder with a sortable 'To:' column
- We made a change to the HTML Editor to make the 'Enter' button advance a single line rather than double line.
- We corrected an issue with email addresses that contain an underscore.
Lead Delivery Settings Export
Many of our dealers have requested a way to see all of the Lead Delivery Settings in one place, so we added the ability to Export them to an Excel, CSV, XML, or HTML file:
Wheteher you have dozens or even hundreds of Lead Sources, now you can see all of their settings in one place.
Lead Sheet Printing Options
You now have the option of printing all of the notes of the Lead Sheet or just the first page:
Other Changes and Fixes
- We updated our Compliance solution so that an emailed Risk Based Pricing notice will update the customer's Privacy Notice status as well, since the notice contains a link to the Online Privacy Notice. [Item 173426]
- We enhanced the identity verification process on the Instant Auto Credit App by replacing the multiple security questions with a customer verification of the last four digits of their Social, simultaneously making the process simpler and more accurate. [Item 163639]
- Trades from Static Deals will now display Make, Model, and Style information on the Trade screen when accessed from the Dashboard. [Item 147564]
- We added a new setting in Admin User Access for "Change Service BDR". [Item 173002]
- We now support leads imported in the Star Standard format. [Item 86716]
- We corrected an issue with changes made to Admin Dealer Email Settings not always saving properly. [Item 173680]
- The Communications Center popup now defaults to "Email Templates" rather than "Letter Templates". [Item 172770]
- Leads from New ProMax Websites now support fields for Job Titles from two Previous Employers. [Item 174222]
- We addressed an issue with the Prospect Information Analysis Report timing out. [Item 169149]
- We fixed a bug in Admin BDC Settings that was sometimes preventing the "Require Dealer Track fields" checkbox from staying checked. [Item 173870]
- We eliminated an error that sometimes occurred when opening the BDC and Sales Management Report. [Item 166746]
- We addressed an issue with Wisconsin Lease Tax on Cap Cost Reduction. [Item 173013]
