HTML Editor in ProMax
Last month we unveiled our new HTML Editor in the AutoResponder. Now we're adding it to some other places in ProMax, like the Default Window Sticker Note in Admin Inventory Settings.
We've also added it to the New and Used Vehicle Web Report in the Internet Dashboard Inventory tab. When you click on any link under the Web Comment column to add a Window Sticker Note, it now takes you to the new HTML Editor.
Other Features & Improvements
- We've added the ability to do a Partial Name Match on incoming Call Manager Leads. [Item 153927]
- The Unbooked Inventory Report now sorts stock numbers without regard to case sensitivity for better results. [Item 161078]
- We did some maintenance on Reports to prevent freezing from occurring during sorts. [Items 161179 & 162415]
- We expanded the field for County Name from 15 to 40 characters to account for some California counties with exceptionally long names. [Item 162112]
- We corrected an issue with the date sort on the Sold Vehicle/Profit Report. [Item 160209]
- We improved the accuracy of the "% w/Notes" column on the Prospect Information Analysis Report. [Item 122610]
- We fixed an issue with the Lease Presets Specials Tab that was preventing the Copy function if Acq Fee by Term was configured. [Item 160577]
- We updated the Initial Screen settings in Admin User Access to prevent Sales Reps from navigating to the Manager Dashboard. [Item 152405]
- For dealers in the state of Washington, we updated One Pay Leases to respect the Trade Tax Credit when calculating Sales Tax. [Item 161516]
- We made some updates to Admin Tax Rates for Illinois dealers to ensure that the "Is Cap Cost Reduction Taxed" setting is being respected in all cases. [Item 161722]
- Entering an "Amt of Equity returned to customer" now changes one pay leases. When "Allow Trade Equity as CCR on 1Pay" is True the Adjusted Cap Cost is reduced by Trade Allowance less Amount of Equity returned to customer; previously reduced by Trade Allowance only. When "Allow Trade Equity as CCR on 1Pay" is False the Balance Due is reduced by the amount returned to customer; Adjusted Cap Cost is not affected. [Item 161531]
