Can Set Appointments
In ProMax
We added the ability to set Appointments in ProMax from ProMax Dealer Website leads. On any Call To Action Form that contains 'Make an Appointment', if both Date and Time fields are filled out by the customer and the lead is assigned to a Sales Rep in ProMax, an Appointment will be added to the Prospects Appointments Log and a note added to the Customer Workscreen. New Functionality:
"Exclude From Unbooked Inventory Report"
We're introducing an easy way to keep your Unbooked Inventory Report from getting clogged up:
We've added an "Exclude From Unbooked Inventory Report" check box to both
the Unbooked Inventory Report...
and to the Inventory record itself...
Previously, cars without book values in ProMax as well as non-auto vehicles (like RVs or motorcycles) could sit on the Unbooked Inventory Report indefinitely and make maintaining the report more difficult.
Now, you can remove any vehicles you want in one of two ways:
This functionality is now available to all users designated "Inventory Administrator" in Admin User Access.

Have you run into our new 'Select For Desking' popup yet?
When you're Desking a deal and you click the "Stock #" hyperlink to select a vehicle, you previously had no choice but to go to into the vehicle's Inventory record. Now when you select the vehicle, you have the option to "Select For Desking": selecting the vehicle and returning to the desking screen without having to go to the Inventory record.
The majority of the time, going into the Inventory record was unnecessary, and required extra loading time. Now, you still have the option to go to the Inventory screen if you want, but also the option to skip that step and return directly to the Desking screen.
