Lead Delivery Improvements
Your dealership's success is our #1 goal here at ProMax, and every dealership knows that you can't succeed without leads! We're always working to improve the quality of your lead delivery and reporting, and this week we're rolling out a number of new features, many of which were suggested by you.
Inbound leads can now be automatically assigned to a particular department:
Reassigning customers to different sales reps now triggers a text message notification to the new
sales rep.
On a duplicate lead import, we now display the name of the original sales rep in the notification as well as the Customer Workscreen note, or a note and notification that no salesperson is assigned if appropriate.
We can now set the "New/Used" status of a Desired Vehicle on lead imports that contain a stock number, enabling more accurate reporting on the Internet Dashboard. On imported leads with a VIN but no stock number, ProMax now looks up the stock number when saving the Desired Vehicle info.
Leads from ProMax Dealer Websites now specify Trade-In information in ProMax including year, make, model, style, mileage, VIN, and payoff.
We now offer a Lead Source Override enabling customizable lead sourcing on OEM leads based on their type, including Finance, Service, New, and Used.
We improved the process for allowing vendors to auto-assign leads using a sales rep's first and last name, preventing problems when there are multiple reps with the same last name.
The real time activity tracking system has been enhanced for better performance, and OEM reporting is more reliable than ever.
We've added more fail-safes to Lead Delivery Options, preventing users from clearing e-mail addresses for sales reps, making accounts inactive, or removing departments assigned to receive leads. Now, warnings appear, similar to those that come up when attempting to delete an employee.

Other Version Release Highlights
- We updated the Vehicle Appraisal Sheet to two pages in order to account for vehicles with a large number of options listed. [Items 133703 & 149921]
- We added the ability to run the Appraisal Report for all dealerships in a group (that share data) on one report. [Items 142803 & 149974]
- The "Transmission" field in an Inventory record is now automatically set for vehicles that only come with one type of transmission. [Item 14637]
- All data from reports built in the Inventory Report Builder can now be exported. [Item 98863]
- We did some more maintenance on the Prospect Activity Report to ensure that columns are wide enough, particularly the "Last Note" column. [Item 149542]
- We increased the size of the "Regarding" column on the Daily Workplan and removed unnecessary empty space from other columns. [Item 149605]
- All dealers with a ProMax CRM can now send a simple 5-liner to Dealertrack or RouteOne from the Run CB screen. [Items 148734 & 149518]
- We did some maintenance on Admin User Access. Most notably, a user must now have permission to "Edit Inventory Records" in order to make changes in the Photo Manager. [Items 124760, 147807 & 150371]
- ProCredit Express dealers now have access to a Credit Bureau Analysis Report allowing them to see how many bureaus are in a certain score range. [Item 140169]
- We updated the look of the Manager Dashboard Summary to display better on screens regardless of their resolution, and we also did some work on the Internet Dashboard and the Needed Vehicle popup. [Items 146543, 149703, 149830, & 149852]
- We fixed an issue with Reynolds updates blanking out the "Inservice Date" and "Model Code" fields on Inventory records. [Item 101787]
- On the Prospects Recall screen, you now have the ability to paste in a Customer ID. [Item 150501]
- We updated the Undelete Vehicle button functionality to trigger the "No Auto Delete" checkbox in the Inventory record. [Item 143140]
- We corrected an issue on the Subprime F&I screen that sometimes caused an "Amount financed exceeds the maximum" popup when the two values were equal. [Item 129097]
- Retail/Lease Search will no longer return payments that are over the enetered "Max Payment" when "Max Sale Price - Lender Advance" is selected. [Item 149541]
- We corrected an issue with the Privacy Notice settings. [Item 149291]
- We fixed a bug that could sometimes cause ProMax to freeze when printing multiple forms. [Item 125138]
- We corrected a problem that occured when using "Build a Lease" with money factor rates that was causing ProMax to crash. [Item 150634]
