ProMax version release - 9.7.42. December 20, 2012

 Chrysler Certified Lead Management enhancement - The "Send customer to manufacturer" button is now available in the Desired Vehicle screen for all dealers using the Chrysler integration.  Selecting the button will send the customer information to the Chrysler Engage Program. [Issue 125575]

 

Version Update Highlights:

• % NADA Retail (Clean) has been added as a selectable column in custom inventory reports. [Issue 125056]
• Hyperlinks created in communications templates now display as blue. [Issue 86894]

Miscellaneous Changes Implemented:

• Updated color scheme, grid, list boxes, and buttons on the Spotted Vehicle / Stips Report.  
• The printed Traffic Analysis Report has been updated to reduce the number of pages printed. [Issue 123887]
• Corrected an issue with rebate values on the Deal Worksheet.  Rebates were incorrectly being cleared in some situations. [Issue 125889]
• When changing the customer status through the Manager Exit Note, (Dashboard > Desk Log > Reason Unsold hyperlink) the change wasn't reflecting on the Desk Log until it was refreshed.  This has been corrected to update immediately. [Issue 125893]
• Corrected issue with sorting Custom Inventory Reports that would sometimes cause an error. [Issue 125980]
• Fix: Creating new customer with showroom visit and then adding exit note was blanking out name and making record un-editable. [Issue 125447]
• When an individual email is sent to a customer from the Daily Work Plan, a note will be recorded in the Workscreen.
• Users can now set their default log on page to the Daily Work Plan when using the Salesperson/BDR View. [Issue 123612]
• Recent changes to speed up the Photo Manager caused problems with image ordering.  This has been corrected.  [Issue 125461]
• Accessories selected on the deal worksheet are now correctly split between Hard and Soft Adds on the Lease F&I screen. The Adds prices are no longer added a second time after opening the Accessories popup screen on the Lease F&I screen. [Issue 125304]
• The Customer Workscreen has been updated to include the insurance information when printing the Test Drive Agreement. [Issue 125304]
• The Money Due Report grid secondary color has been changed to a lighter grey for better readability. [Issue 123256]
• Changed Column Sorting for Money Due Report, Money Due Column in grid to sort by the financial values in the column. [Issue 123148]
• The Money Due Report has been updated so the 'Stock #' and 'Money Due' columns sort correctly. [Issue 123145]
• Updated color scheme and buttons on the Money Due Report. [Issue 120947]
• Fix: Performing an SF Search for Mileage All to All would result in vehicles with 0 miles.  This was a server-side fix and is live on production. [Issue 125494]

NEW FEATURE - Instant Auto Credit App

Version Update Highlights:

• When you click the Reason link in Daily Work Plan when action is email, it will now bring up email allowing user to edit and send, but not save back to the template. [Issue 124452]
• Added manager note checkbox to the Manager Exit Note.  When unchecked, it allows those who are not managers to view the note. It defaults to checked. [Issue 124447]

 

Miscellaneous Changes Implemented:

• A new form variable for 'Taxable Aftermarket' Total has been added. [Issue 125270]
• Fix: Deleting vehicles was causing an error when you chose stock # when the average row was selected in the New or Used Vehicle Web Reports. [Issue 83608]
• The CA License Fee will now round correctly. [Issue 124611]
• Accessories and 'Taxable Aftermarket' now figures into the calculation for CA License Fee. [Issue 125204]
• Fix: The printed Test Drive Agreement will now show insurance information from the Credit App. [Issue 124450]
• Corrected an issue where using the "Make Primary" option could lead to an incorrect merge. [Issue 125097]
• Fix:  When creating a new record using 'New Customer Workscreen > Showroom Visit', selecting the "Create Visit' button wasn't presenting the option to "Edit Today's Visit".  This has been corrected. [Issue 124003]
• Modified the ProLink and Website Leads report to fit the URLs widths. [Issue 124976]
• Fixed 'Additional Fees' field in Route One for submitted structured deals to agree with 'Other Fees' value specified on Create Structured Deal screen. [Issue 111541]
• Attempting to navigate from the New/Used Inventory Summary Graph to the detail reports while in a Dealer Group would cause a client crash.  This has been fixed. [Issue 123435]
• Attempting to navigate from the New/Used Inventory Summary Graph to vehicles without Internet Price will no longer cause a client crash. [Issue 123310]
• When navigating to the New/Used vehicle web report from the Inventory Summary Graph screens, the With/Without Photos filter will be appropriately selected. [Issue 123316]
• With a specific configuration, the pack was not taken into account for calculating the total cost of a vehicle during the import. [Issue 107044]
• The Back navigation menu will now have SubPrime F&I in the navigation (when applicable) instead of Retail F&I. [Issue 124351]
• Repair orders with a date before the received date will now have the date changed to be equal with the date received rather than deleting them. [Issue 110814]
• New form variables added for Trade 1 & 2 Allowance (in long form) [Issue 123555]
• Other Taxable Fees ( when capitalized for lease deals ) will now be added to the license line on the Alt Choice Proposal.  The license line for lease deals has be updated to "+ Lic/Fees/Acq". [Issue 114329]
• The BiWeekly Proposal display of Down Payment has been adjusted to prevent an accidental overlap of the text that would occur in certain cases. [Issue 115544]
• The SubPrime Search ability of PMUL will now allow a starting mileage of 0 miles. [Issue 117349]
• Fixed Internet Dashboard report to prevent extra copies of co-app lead from appearing on report. [Issue 124348]

Version HotFixes

• Salesreps are no longer able to see gross on the Leader Board.
• The Leader Board now suppresses Commisionable Gross column based on the setting of Admin>BDCSetting>Show Commisionable Gross.
• Delivering a vhicle with no vehicle photo would cause an error.  This has been corrected.
• Fixed printing of deal information on the Standard (printed) Credit Application.
• Corrected issue that prevented forms from being back dated.
• Taxes on New York Deals were being incorrectly calculated.  This has been corrected.
• New California County Fee moved from License 2 to License 7.

Version Update Highlights:

• MAZDA CERTIFIED - ProMax is now a Certified Lead Management Provider for Mazda! Our real-time disposition reporting is now live. Call Melissa Sinclair to sign up.  

ProMax is a certified lead management tool for most OEM manufacturers. Leads can be sent directly into a dealership's ProMax system.  This allows dealers to work all their incoming internet leads, as well as leads received from the manufacturer, in one system. The manufacturers response time clock is automatically stopped as soon as the lead is responded to from within ProMax. Dealerships can also have a copy of the lead sent directly to their smart phone. Responding to the lead from a smart phone gives the dealership the ability to stop the clock 24/7 no matter where you are.

Using ProMax for your internet leads, including your manufacturer leads, streamlines everything into one easy to manage system.

• Added additional columns to Instant Screen Invoice Detail report - 'Action Taken By' and 'Status'.  Dealership can now filter report results based on Instant Screen Offer Presented status. [Issue 123637]
• The Standard Fees screen has been updated to include options for fees 7 through 10. [Issue 120727]
• 'SubPrime F&I' has been added to all desking navigation menus. [Issue 114633]
• Added an option in Admin -> Desking to 'Delete undelivered deals after __ days'.  Allowable range is 1 to 30 days. [Issue 115771]
• Many new form variables have been added for credit insurance.  Net and Gross variables for Amount Financed, Payment, and Insurance Premium for deals with No Insurance, Life Only, Accident and Health only, and Both. [Issue 120900]

 

Miscellaneous Changes Implemented:

• Changed the BDC Management Report (Prospect Listing screen) lender list box to select one or more lenders, or to select the "All" top option which clears selecting any other options in the list box.  The Lender box has been moved to the right side of the screen and uses the new color scheme. [Issue 123924]
• Corrected the Money Due Report to allow the stock # column to sort alphabetically. [Ticket 123145]
• When the new Photo Manager is enabled and a vehicle is delivered, all photos for that vehicle, except the default photo, will be removed. [Issue 121957]
• Added new letter variable to correspondence to support CDR phone extension. [Issue 123906]
• A name suffix value of 'V' has been added to EzUp so that the fifth generation suffix will no longer be lost. [Issue 123772 ]
• Fixed DT DMS Leased Deal upload to not place Tax amounts into the OverrideTaxRate fields.   OverrideTaxRate 2-6 will be set to zero.  [Issue 123832]
• "Black Book Loan minus Cost" has been added to the Inventory Report Builder. [Issue 123125]
• Updated the calculation for California License fees.  [Issue 123508]
• The County popup for California has been changed to remove break point information and replace it with County Fee.  This new fee will overwrite License Fee 2 information. [Issue 123399]
• Fix:  Accessory cost is no longer being subtracted twice when computing Commissionable Gross on the Retail F&I screen. [Issue 123489]
• A few minor aesthetic changes made to the BDC Productivity Report.  [Issue 120399]
• Multiple color scheme and aesthetic updates made to the ROI Reports (Summary and Detail).  [Issue 120945]
• The Inventory Notes screen has been updated to verify the user has proper permissions to view notes before displaying.  This prevents unintended viewing of vehicle related costs. [Issue 120989]
• The Internet Dashboard-->Leads-->Summary report now reports deliveries without deals (Delivered Vehicles) in the sold columns.  The delivered vehicle information is also now shown instead of the desired vehicle for delivered vehicles. [Issue 122114]
• Modified Internet Leads Dashboard to lookup contact time for leads using applicant's customer notes for leads that are currently assigned as a co-applicant when co-applicant does not have any contact customer notes present. [Issue 120227]
• Added new button to the Misc. 3 tab of Lease Lender Presets that will allow a max amount of the Rebate to be used when covering 1st payment. [Issue 123267]
• Modified wording for the TransUnion High Risk Fraud Alert Message Code 3001 to 'Input/File SSN Reported as Suspicious or Minor SSN'. [Issue 117172]
• Added a new 'Status' column to the 'Sold' detail (drill down) information on the BDC Sales & Management report.  This new column will indicate if the deal was 'Delivered' or 'Sold - Spot'.  Also changed the 'Delv Date' column to 'Sold Date'.  [Issue 123157]
• Optimization made to the Sales Ranking Report [Issue 123292]
• Corrected 'Appts Set' count on the BDC Sales & Management report.  Column will now correctly count based on the date the user set the appointment. [Issue 123210]
• The email penetration percentages on the Heat Sheet Report and My Heat sheet are now correct. For each salesperson this is calculated by dividing the number of customers with email by the number of customers contacted.  [Issue 122579]
• The Dashboard - Sales Ranking 'Sold' detail (drill down) information will now display deal information for 'sold-spotted' deals. [Issue 123162]
