Version 9.7.7 was released April 26, 2012.
Highlights:
- Mitsubishi certified lead integration now available.
- The Email Inbox has a new Deleted Items folder. When you delete an email, it is simply moved into this special folder. Items in this folder are automatically purged after 30 days. You can recover deleted items by simply moving them into a different folder.
Other Additions:
- The Sold Vehicle Report builder has a new option for the customer's Department.
- The customer's second email address on the customer workscreen is now searched when performing a Recall by email address.
- When attaching newly received emails to customers, we now also look at the customer's second email address to determine a match.
- Generic email + ADF lead imports now support a second email address for a lead.
- From last week's blog contest for 'Better Email' features we received a request for sortable columns on the Inbox and this feature is now available.
- The winner of last week's blog contest suggested that we add a notification within ProMax when a Bulk Email process has completed. This has been implemented and an instant message will pop-up after an email campaign to multiple customers has completed.
- The Email Inbox has a new option to "Mark Items as Unread"
- The latest 9-Pay Proposal screen is now accessible from multiple places in ProMax.
- The Make an Offer, Credit App, and More Info forms on custom designed Hosted Websites now have an advanced anti-spambot filter in place.
Fixes:
- Some inbound HTML Emails were not being decoded correctly and were unreadable in ProMax.
- The Lead Summary Report on the Internet Dashboard corrected delivery counts for some merged leads.
- Doc Fee on the new Deal Worksheet fees popup screen has its caption fixed and is now editable.
- Hyperlinks to deleted customer records no longer appear in the Inbox.
- The Vehicle Notes screen is now showing the datetime using the local workstation's timezone.
- When adding the very first Inbox custom folder, the Custom Folder menu wasn't refreshed automatically.
- A workstation with a custom system date/time format was generating an error on a filtered Prospect Log Browse screen.
- Incoming repair order items from Reynolds without descriptions weren't being attached to the vehicle. (They now come in with a description of 'n/a')
- Deal updates from Reynolds weren't always updating the deal type if it was later updated in Reynolds.
- Holdback was being doubled in very specific situations on the BDC Sales & Management report.
