New integration: Electronic application submittals available to Gateway Financial Solutions

The electronic application submittal screen for ProMax and ProCreditExpress has been expanded to include the option to deliver applications directly to Gateway Financial Solutions.   This integration was initially requested by a ProMax dealer group customer, but it is available now for general release to any dealership.  

Our electronic submittal screen is used for delivering applications securely to RouteOne, DealerTrack, ACC, Credit Acceptance, and now GFS.  Of course, we still offer Fax submittals as well for all the local lenders that you may be dealing with that are not yet on RouteOne or DealerTrack.  Note that our enhanced RouteOne Integration offers a two-way integration with callbacks received back into ProMax as quick as 60 seconds! 

New feature available: Automatically email your leaderboard

ProMax has long had a great Manager's Dashboard report called the Salesperson Ranking Report, which can be used as a nice realtime LeaderBoard for your dealership.  

Included in the latest verison of ProMax, we have added our Report Scheduler option to this report.  The scheduler allows you to configure automatic generation and delivery of this report to email addresses (or via FTP) at selected times.  Now you can simply set up a schedule of your choice and receive a copy of your leaderboard in your inbox.

The Report Scheduler currently has the option of configuring a specific time of day, and you can select which day of week (every day, first of the month, etc..) and include the date range (Today, Yesterday, Week To Date, Month To Date, etc.)

You can receive the report in HTML format for viewing, or even XML or CSV for direct importing into Excel.   You can create multiple report schedules for the same report to get the exact reports that you are interested in.

The report also has a setting screen which allows you to configure your forecasts per salesperson:

Chrysler certified lead integration upgraded

Chrysler, one of the various OEM lead integrations that work with ProMax and ProCreditExpress, has been upgraded to live disposition activity reporting.  The original integration design going back to 2009 was once/nightly based reporting.
