ProMax Unlimited would like to announce an exciting new feature allowing direct deal submission to MarkOne Financial & Centrus Auto Finance.

MarkOne Financial is a regional subsidiary of MarkOne Holdings, LLC.(tm) Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. MarkOne Financial purchases sub/non prime auto contracts from dealerships in the Eastern United States. Centrus Auto Finance is a regional subsidiary of MarkOne Holdings, LLC. ProMax version release - 9.7.3. March 29, 2012

Version 9.7.3 is set to be released March 28, 2012.  

Highlights:

• "CredCo Standard View" is available as a display option for all three types of credit reports: TransUnion, EquiFax, and now Experian.

Other Additions:

• F7 for SpellCheck and Shift-F7 for Thesaurus are now available as hotkeys when composing emails.
• The "Total Finance Breakdown Report" has additional options available for including all aftermarket items instead of a limited number.
• When submitting deals, Lease deals will no longer appear in the selectable deal list unless they were desked for the associated lender.
• The "Lead Sheet" printout will no longer display the original lead notes nor the RCI update type notes (which can contain Social Security Numbers.)
• Removed the ability to delete customers when the SSN or Drivers License match options found duplicate customers and the user is presented options to Copy/Ignore/Use existing data.
• Adverse Action Letters (declined and incomplete letters) printed out of ProMax will now include the configured dealer contact first/last name above the dealer name.

Fixes:

• The new "9-Pay Proposal", which was introduced in the last version, required some fixes for  printing issues and for down payment re-edits.
• When a state is set to "Tax The Payment" in the Admin settings, and when the "Disclose all fees in Alt Choice Proposal" option is enabled, corrected the sales tax line in some specific scenarios on the "Alt Choice Proposal."
• Fixed a recent change to the Recall screen that was blocking some managers from viewing customer contact details in the search results table.
• Fixed a problem editing the HTML for the configured AutoEmail responder message that would generate an error on Windows 7 machines when scrolling the message contents.  
• Fixed a minor issue with the MarkOne/GFS electronic application submittals when spaces were included in the Drivers License field.

CredCo Standard View for Experian credit reports now available

ProMax and ProCreditExpress have always offered different output formats when viewing credit reports.  Way back when ProMax first started, we offered the Standard View credit report which is basically the Print Image provided by the bureaus.  We later added a slightly altered SouthWestern View for a few dealer groups that were used to a particular regional style Print Image.  We then started a quest to provide a credit report display for users that haven't spent a lot of analyzing these somewhat-cryptic credit reports and came out with our unique EZ Read View.  The EZ Read View is a HTML-based, nicely formatted credit report that makes it easy to quickly analyze the different sections available a credit report.  The EZ Read also offers a built-in summary section as well.

Today on production, we now have the availability of a CredCo Standard View on Experian credit reports for users that prefer the summary report features of this commonly used style.  This was previously available only for TransUnion and EquiFax credit reports.  

The default credit report display format for the dealership can be configured in the Admin's "Dealership Info" section.  Individual users can override this dealer default and pick which format that they prefer.  This is set with the "Credit Bureau Display" setting in "User Access".  

The dealership and user specific settings can be changed at any time, and credit reports will be converted to the desired display format on the fly so users can always change their mind on which display format to utilize.

Version 9.7.2 is set to be released March 22, 2012.  

Highlights:

• Lexus certified lead integration now available.

Other Additions:

• 9-pay proposal now available.
• Gateway Financial Solutions electronic submittals enhanced for additional co-applicant fields.
• Better merged lead tracking for Ford, Chrylser, and Hyundai certified lead integrations.
• Prep-work started for the upcoming CUDL electronic application submittal integration.

Fixes:

• Online help links in ProMax fixed for enhanced compatiblity with the newer browsers.
• Emailed ADF lead imports - extraneous line feed characters stripped out of the special 'cardotcom' comments section.
• CarExpress hosted website leads fix for previous employer information being delivered.
• Removed a superfluous message popup after some customer merges: "Merged prospects must  belong to the same dealership." 
• Salesperson Inventory Report printout fix for hidden columns causing additional paper to be used.

Lexus certified lead integration now available

Another OEM certified lead integration is now available - this time for Lexus dealerships.  The lead integration testing was completed last week and the real time lead disposition reporting was activated on production on 3/19/2012.

ProMax version release - 9.7.1. March 15, 2012

Version 9.7.1 is set to be released March 15, 2012.  

Highlights:

• A 15 day free trial begins for AutoSummary on TransUnion credit reports.
• Our report scheduler option has been added to the Advertising/Sales Report and to the Sold Vehicle Report.
• Toyota + VW certified lead integrations, as well as the various generic ADF lead imports have been modified to set the customer's Ad Source field to the lead provider name.

Other Additions:

• GM certified lead integration: New lead partners supported (Edmunds third party quote requests; Chevy IPO campaign; OSS Notification from Dealer Website, ADP, Xtime)
• Toyota +VW certified lead integrations: Disposition reporting now includes the auto-unsubscribe activity.
• Chrysler certified lead integration:  Dispostion reporting now includes the Proposal Printing, Bulk Email Sent, and Credit App Submission activities.
• A new sort by Activity Date option has been added to the Salesperson Activity Report.
• Reynolds certified integration: Reserve, Front/Back/Commissionable Gross, Pack, and Holdback are now being set from the incoming deal.
• The contact us button now offers a choice of Online Directory, Facebook Page, or company Twitter feed.
• The program updates button now offers a choice of Twitter feed or Blog (this site.)

Fixes:

• Reynolds certified integration: Incoming wholesale deals no longer generate showroom visits.
• The Last Updated date on the Daily Work Plan is now displayed in the dealer's timezone.

New integration: Electronic application submittals available to MarkOne Financial

The electronic application submittal screen for ProMax and ProCreditExpress has been expanded to include the option to deliver applications directly to MarkOne Financial.   This integration is free to dealers that utilize this great lender.  

Our electronic submittal screen is used for delivering applications securely to RouteOne,DealerTrack, ACC, Credit Acceptance, GFS, and now MarkOne.  Of course, we still offer Fax submittals as well for all the local lenders that you may be dealing with that are not yet on RouteOne or DealerTrack.

Report scheduler added to Advertising and Sold Vehicle Reports

Our Report Scheduler feature, which allows you to schedule automatic generation of specific reports and delivery of those reports via email or FTP, has just been added to two of most commonly used reports: the Advertising/Sales Report and the Sold Vehicle Report.  The majority of our reports can now be scheduled and delivered to your inbox automatically.

 

AutoSummary free trial begins March 15

Starting March 15, 2012 a free 15-day trial begins for AutoSummary for all ProMax dealerships.   For all TransUnion credit reports pulled during the trial, you'll also get this AutoSummary addition.

Developed by TransUnion, AutoSummary allows you to quickly view the open auto trade line of a consumer - see their exact interest rate, term, payment, original loan amount and remaining term.  This allows you to easily tailor your presentation to the buyer's current situation.
