- Manager T/O—note manager, date, and time of manager turnovers and then track via the Showroom Traffic Report
- No Sale—trigger a phone call to unsold prospects for hours or minutes after the showroom visit (configure under Admin => BDC Settings => Schedule a call on “No Sale”)
- Manager’s Exit Note—close out unsold showroom traffic properly and identify possible weaknesses in your sales process by monitoring the Unsold Prospects: Summary Report
