View details to all your leads as they came into the system, before any changes to Lead Source may have been made or duplicate leads have been merged, and get counts for exactly the time period you need with the Summary:
New GM DTAP VPS Features in ProMax
Earlier this year ProMax's award-winning CRM was designated by GM as a “Premium CRM” and approved for participation in the iMR Turnkey program. We kicked off our participation with the GM DTAP program by launching the DCDE Customer Search within ProMax.
Now, we're adding more DTAP functionality to ProMax: the Vehicle Pricing Service (VPS). The GM DTAP VPS consists of two parts: the GM Credit Card and the Incentives Offer Management (IOM).
GM Credit Card - Get access to a customer's current GM Rewards Card earnings from the Customer Workscreen or the ProMax Mobile Workscreen by clicking the "GM Data Search" button, or from any applicable Desking F&I screen by clicking the "GM VPS" button.
Navigating from any of these places will bring you to the GM Reward Card Earnings popup in your browser:
Once you have selected a vehicle, you need to enter the customer’s ZIP Code and the last 4 digits of their GM Credit Card. Click “Lookup Earnings” and the results will appear in the right half of the popup. Enter the desired amount in the “Selected Vehicle Redemption Allowance” field (entering any amount larger than the Total Earnings For Redemption available will automatically default to the Total Earnings For Redemption), click “Add Allowance to Deal”, and close the popup. The deal has now recalculated, and that amount will appear on the GM VPS field in the deal screen and in the Incentives popup.
Incentives Offer Management - Get access to incentive compatibility and stackability information directly from GM from any applicable Desking F&I screen or deal in ProMax, just click on the "GM VPS" button and select "GM Incentives" to get to the search screen:
From this screen you can tailor your search by selecting the Delivery Type or clicking into any of the hyperlinks and setting parameters. Clicking “Search” will then show you the Available Incentives popup.
From here, you can view all available programs. Color-coding indicates specific program designations, and program details can be found by clicking on the associated hyperlinks. Selecting programs by checkbox automatically unchecks any other programs that are not ‘stackable’.
When you are done, click “Add Selected Incentives to Deal” to close the popup. At this point, the deal will recalculate using the new incentive selections, and those selections will appear in the Incentives popup on the deal.
