I am doing a work shop at the Dealer Summit in Tampa Bay May 4th on “Secrets of Getting More Loan Approvals ”. Of course I am going to talk about using and getting the most out of the latest technology that is available, but in my opinion it’s dangerous to rely too much on technology. What’s even more important are people and selling skills - actually talking with customers and lenders face to face and on the phone.
