Get Customer Text Notifications
on Your Smartphone
Is your dealership signed up for Texting in ProMax? If not, you should be, and here's another reason why: you can get ProMax text notifications on your smartphone.
Now when you configure your cell number to send and receive texts in ProMax, you will get a notification on your smartphone on all incoming texts.
How do you get started? It's easy; in Admin User Access enter your 10 digit cell phone number (if you've previously entered your SMS email address, that will still work):
Click the hyperlink in the notification and you'll be taken to ProMax Mobile (you will have to log in if you are not logged in already), where you can view the SMS History of that customer and continue the conversation.
All of these texts will be recorded on the Customer Workscreen in ProMax (and the Mobile Workscreen as well).
